They replaced my roof after a hail storm damaged it. They were especially good with communication, keeping me updated and informed. Their knowledge with the insurance process was amazing and they were really helpful with the whole process.

Max Exteriors did a clean and professional job replacing my rood after hail damage. Doing the removal of damaged roof, tarps were placed over any shrubs, plants and items that shingles, wood and nails could fall into. After the removal of the damaged roof, the whole area was cleaned up and all debri hauled away. The workers were courteous and safe as well as completing the job, even with 1 or 2 days of bad weather, in a timely manner. No one could notice that my roof was replace except by looking at it. It's beautiful!!! They worked well with my homeowners insurance. Would recommend them for roofing repairs.

I would like to give a review that I had with my roof and solar replaced. From a rating I would of one to five, I give them a 5. For hospitality, and punctuality and cleanliness. I guve them a 5 plus. I didn't know what to expect so I was really really impressed. My overall experience with Max Exterior I would rate it a 10, they came, cleaned up. They left it cleaner than when they got here. My porch, my Deck, driveway, sidewalk. So much I can say they did for me. They spent 40 minutes after they finished cleaning up. I'm a knitt picker, I would check everyone I give my money too and they did an excellent job. And the fact that I am a senior citizen and you have to be aware and pay attention to a lot of things, so I really did pay attention to every chance I get. And I got to know Juan, he is a very nice guy, but I tell you really the workers, they come in and just work. They were just working. They worked very well and did not speak much. In the 4th of July I was doing bbq and was able to observe them work on my roof. I was amazed how things were done with them. They were listening to music and working and doing hand signals. They work, went to lunch and came back to work. I did not notice them take a break.

Huge shout out to Juan Pedro Torres and the crew. I would recommend them to everyone.

We are extremely pleased with level of professionalism and work done by Max Exteriors and Emmanuel G. He always answered all of our questions and returned our calls in a timely manner. He personally ensured all the work done on our roof was done to the highest standards. We can’t thank Emmanuel enough and we will absolutely used Max Exteriors in the future.

So far I have had a wonderful experience with this company. We had a severe hail storm in Waco Tx. Jeremiah has worked with me and my insurance company from day 1. He has answered his cell whenever I call with a question and I mean anytime I call. The work starts next week ,and I am sure things will go smoothly.
