Hector came in diagnosed the problem and fixed it as quick as possible. As always he did an awesome job and got our AC back up and running. So thankful for such great employees and great customer service.

Sub Zero was OUTSTANDING! After doing a spring cleaning They found a freon leak and determined that I had a faulty compressor. They were able to replace the compressor under warranty and get us up and running BEFORE the Easter weekend - when I was going to have a household full of family!

Jesse was helpful friendly and willing to educate me about my A/C unit. It’s important this time of year in south Texas. Hector is also a good friendly A/C man. The ladies in the office are friendly as well. They will show up and give you options and I believe the pricing is fair. Give them a call.

Mike went above and beyond with amazing customer service when our HVAC gave out on us. He offered multiple options and explained them all thoroughly. He checked on progress while he was out of town as well. His crew was professional, courteous, and efficient! They even helped me carry in my grocery order while they were here. A/C was not cooling. Repairman Hector Hurtado put in more freon with a follow-up diagnostic visit 2 weeks later. He plans a return visit to recheck for possible leak. Unit seems to be working fine at this time. I am a recent widow, so I do not know the price of these things. Husband always took care of this kind of stuff. Like the car....

I called late in the evening after I got home, had an issue with my AC. I wasn’t sure if someone would come out but Jesse showed up at 8:30 pm and got me going.
Jesse is a very nice guy and knows what he is doing.

Twas the night before summer, and all through the house it was hot as all get out, a real bummer no doubt. As we all sat nestled next to the window, waiting for a breeze all of a sudden we went “whoa!” There was a tip tap upon the rooftop, a click clack from the attic and the vents went whew. Was it Santa who bought Christmas? No! It was Hector and crew!

Hector and his team at Sub Zero installed a whole new system for my house, and it was perfect. The ducting was well planned, and the system was sized perfectly for our home. They worked fast and thorough and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Highly recommend these guys!
