Vanderford Air technician Ivan V. performed a service check on our AC system today. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. He found a couple of concerns that he was able to take care of while he was here and gave us some additional suggestions to improve our system which we will consider in the future. I really was impressed with Ivan’s detailed inspection and service. Thanks for assigning him to service our home.

Vanderford A/C has been performing maintenance on my home air-conditioning and heating unit for years. Yesterday‘s visit was performed by HVAC technician Perry T. I have to say that his attention to detail was amazing. He checked both the attic air handler and the outside compressor unit with a thoroughness that most people don’t understand or truly appreciate. Perry explained his inspection in detail and happily answered all of my questions. Very happy with this visit and so glad that Vanderford is still family owned.

Mr. Perry was very patient, kind, friendly and thorough with explaining to me what he did... The work was truly amazing compared what was there before... Thank you for your excellent services.

Jesus Romo was very thorough in checking the water heater, furnace and air conditioning systems. He went over all of the work that he inspected and showed us the pictures of our systems. He is very professional and we would recommend him to other.

This is my first time using Vanderford Air and Plumbing and all I can say is I am impressed! I loved how they were able to help our home cool down, especially in these summer months! Will, the comfort advisor came to check out our system and was able to suggest a few ways of improving our system, which we went with basic maintenance. Matt and Jesse did an amazing job and you can tell they care about the work they do! They were educated and even taught me a few things. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needing HVAC issues.

I called Vanderford on Wednesday, they came on Thursday, and I have a new A/C system being installed on Friday. The prices and options were far better than the other companies I had come out, and their representative Jason B. was awesome. He knew the products inside and out and honestly was a big reason I said yes immediately. Very happy with this company.

Perry Threadgill came out on a service call and did a terrific job. He was methodical with his diagnosis and knew the system inside / out. He explained the process and had us back on track within an hour. Highly recommended.

Johnny is a true asset to Vanderford Air & Plumbing. He called to let us know he was on his way. He showed up on time. He explained what was going on with the issues that I had and suggested repairs before moving forward. He was able to answer every question I had. I was very happy with the service (and pricing)! Will use again.

Fantastic customer service! Jason was prompt, personable, and efficient. He also assisted us with other A/C solutions that we were not aware of. We will be sharing his contact info with our neighbors.

Highly recommend Vanderford Air. They were professional and easy to work with from the ease of scheduling to the install. Shawn Lanmon came to diagnosis the issue and gave us options from least expensive repair to full replacement. He explained each option and what the expectations would be. The team that came out to complete the option that we choose were courteous , professional and had us up and running in no time.

Jacob Barbee was great and went above and beyond for me! Called ahead of time and let me know he was on his way. He checked everything and made sure that I knew what filter sizes I need. Highly recommend!!! Vanderford air is great

Ivan was very thorough and professional for our regular maintenance appointment. As always Vanderford does a great job.

Our tech was very prompt and courteous. He called to let me know when her would be here. Showed up on time. He fixed both our clogged toilet and our slow running sink very quickly & professionally. Would definitely call this company again for our plumbing needs!

Vanderford replaced my old system in 2021, it’s now 2025 and everything is still working great. Their pricing is competitive and their service is great. I highly recommend them.

Got a fall service special to make sure my unit's heating system was working correctly. The HVAC technician, Jacob, was the most thorough tech I've ever had. He patiently checked everything, both in the attic and outside to ensure the unit was working properly and efficiently. He explained what he was looking for and why. Extremely knowledgeable and communicative!

Matt was AWESOME! He came for a routine maintenance and pointed out things we did not see and brought to our attention that we had a leak. After figuring out it wasn't coming from the A/C unit, he was determined to find out where it was coming from. That is something he didn't have to do. We appreciated him wanting to find the solution.

Perry with Vanderford Air came out to diagnose and repair my ac system. He did a great job with the repair and also checked out the complete system. He was extremely courteous and pleasant to talk to. He answered all my questions and concerns. I also purchased the maintenance plan, I think it is very well worth the small cost for services you get. Price for the service, repair, parts and maintenance plan was very reasonable. I am a happy Vanderford customer!

Perry Threadgill is the man! He was professional, courteous and had great attention to detail. He explained things in layman terms and gave good advice on the upkeep of my 6 A/C units! Amazing service!!! Shaun was so helpful and knowledgeable, I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He was so patient with me and answered all my questions. Vanderford Air is great! I’ve used several HVAC companies in the League City area for the past 30 years and have decided to stick with Vanderford for all of my future needs. Communication is great, technicians are all very good, and the company just seems to be very well run. Our latest visit had Jason Bennett as our tech and he did an amazing job finding and repairing our issue with sound competence. Jason was the perfect example of professionalism and courtesy.
