Called Lanco about a leaking water heater and they were able to get someone out the same day to inspect the problem and provide a stopgap for the leak. They came out the next morning and replaced 2 water heaters. Installation appears to be clean and well done. No issues found by the city inspector. Customer service was professional and pleasant to work with. First experience with them and would recommend their services.

The Lanco plumber has been here before. Fixed the clogged toilet. Called for service at 2:30 and job completed by 4:30. We are thankful.

Lanco has always scheduled an appointment for Whatever my plumbing needs are for over 20 years now they installed a garbage disposal this time in record time I might add and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend using Lanco plumbing for any of your Plumbing needs

Shower and toilet work great after repairs. I wouldn't use anyone else. I've trusted Lanco for almost 20 years with my home. They ALWAYS do it the correct way not "what is fastest or easiest and wrong".

Lanco provided exceptional customer service, excellent communication of the work completed and the price was alot better than other companies we used in the past.
The two men who provided the same-day services were pleasant and went above and beyond, on what ended up being a more difficult job for a clogged main water line.

We called at the last minute and our toilet was backed up. They came within 20 minutes and got it unclogged and fixed two toilets we had been having flush issues. They were courteous and knew what they were doing. They were awesome!!

Another exciting day with water dripping from our living room can light. One of our upstairs bathrooms had water overflowing from the sink cabinet and across the floor. We wasted time and after hours of work found out that the dehumidifiers in our AC units drained through that bathroom. They supplied a seemingly endless supply of water and a plugged drain caused the overflow to eventually reach our front room.
Time to call Lanco Plumbing. We had a previous experience with them that went smoothly with very reasonable cost. This time was a duplicate experience. 15 minutes after the same day set time, the office called to tell me their technician would be at my home in ten minutes. At 12:25 a clean white truck showed up and their man went to work immediately. He told me the water flow from the AC units was definitely to blame. Second such call that day. 30 minutes later after cleaning up he checked the hot and cold flow and made sure their were no leaks. Fast...clean...and efficient service once again. I highly recommend.

This company is really fabulous. The plumbers are extremely professional. The lady who answers the phone is lovely. They don’t try to sell you anything and just come and do what you ask and they do it well. I highly recommend them. My guy was Blayne and he was wonderful.

They arrived within 2 hours of my call for assistance on a clogged kitchen drain. Justin was courteous, cleared the clog and ran the snake approximately 60ft to ensure there were no other blockages. Fast, efficient and reasonable fee.

When I called Lanco Plumbing, it obviously was not the best timing for something to go wrong at my house. However, this amazing staff put me at ease that they would be able to take care of the unpleasant situations. From first encounter to the last the team members were genuinely caring and knowledgeable. The technicians were so prompted with the time they said they would be there that they beat me to my house. I was worried about the repairs costing me an arm, leg, and my soul at the rate of this economy...but Lanco proved to be honest and upfront with fair pricing. They even noticed two more issues that I didn't see to save me from having to call them back out! I am so grateful to their team!
