Rick and crew have installed 3 complete HVAC systems over the last few years, replacing 3 systems that were installed in 2006. They are very professional and knowledgeable about what is needed to make your home comfortable. They protect the floors and all other items that could take a beating if they didn't.
I highly recommend them. Oh, and they were doing service on the older systems also and will continue to do service on these new systems.

My AC unit after 20 years had finally had it we had a good run, after searching for a new company I ran across Dripping Springs HVAC, the reviews looked really good being very Leary of high pressure salesman, I talked to Rick Hill and I liked the fact that he was not pushy at all, he’s was very personable and friendly, he came an checked out my home went into the attic an found my ventilation system was in really bad shape and should probably be replaced and that it would help, at that time because of the expense wasn’t considering replacing both the AC unit and duck work, I asked him about the cost of both an he gave a price that was totally doable, the crew got on the time we discussed the crew was awesome and very respectful of our home even putting down floor covering an within 10 hours had the job completed an cleaned up everything never knew they were ever here, the new unit is running unbelievable, can hardly hear it running, thanks to Rick and his crew👍🏻🫶🏻

Fixed it quick and efficiently! Alex was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Rick is very responsive and gives a fair price. Highly recommend

Rick fixed my elderly parents AC and did great work.

I just met the owner who did me a huge favor just because he is a kind, honest, upstanding person!! I will look for ways to give business to this awesome human being who touched my life on a day I desperately needed kindness & he didn’t even know it. He took his time to help a complete stranger! Wish there was a way to clone a person like this. This is the best way I know to repay him.

Came to my house when they said they'd be there and looked at my system that somebody else installed figure out what they did wrong and fixed it very nice very polite and efficient happy with the service that I've gotten would recommend them to anybody that needed reliable honest service

Rick and Tanner were absolute lifesavers. They were referred to me by a neighbor based on their positive experience with Dripping Springs AC & Heating; so when my AC stopped cooling down my house in the dead of summer, I called Rick straight away. He and Tanner showed up first thing in the morning as promised. They did their due diligence to properly root cause the ac failure and provided me with a quote within a couple hours. I had the quote vetted through a couple of friends who verified that it was a sound quote. Rick and Tanner were back again the following morning with the needed parts and got to work immediately. They wore masks whenever they interfaced with me, even in our infamous Texas heat. Within 2-3 hours, the ac was back up and running. Rick and Tanner stayed a few extra minutes to monitor the unit for good measure. I'm a single mom with a 6yr old daughter and unexpected expenses like this can be a nightmare so I am thankful for honest, hard-working people like Rick and Tanner.

Rick Hill is great! We have had issues with the wiring being incorrect on our home. 4 years ago they helped install/fix our nest thermostat. Then just recently Rick spent all day here the day before the snowstorm to fix our heating system. It worked great ever since!

Alex helped us in our time of need with an A/C problem. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He diagnosed & repaired the problem quickly. Whew! We've added Dripping Springs A/C & Heating, a small locally owned business, to our contact list.

I called Dripping Springs AC & Heating yesterday and they came out to our rescue the same day. The technician, Alex, was very polite and knowledgeable. He had our AC up and running in less than 20 minutes. The price was very fair. I’m happy to recommend this company and will use them again for any AC & Heating issues.

Dripping Springs A/C and heating is terrific! I bought a 1960 home in 2021 and Rick helped me relocate a unit, along with overseeing new ductwork and all new gas piping and electrical wiring during the gut remodel. He was reliable every step of the way! Since then he and his techs have been taking care of my personal units and my rental property units. Several times he has caught potential issues during the bi-annual service that could have caused outages. He and his crew are skilled in making sure a units warranty is checked before proceeding with work and he is always quick to prioritize clients who have A/C and heating emergencies! Thank you Rick!

Rick Hill and his team did a fantastic job installing a number of Mitsubishi mini splits at my property. 2 outdoor units, 4 indoor units, 2 wired controllers and 2 remotes. Install was fantastic and I've had zero issues with my system. Showed up on time, responded to questions/concerns and respected my property. Highly recommend.

Can't really say much other than they won't call you back to fix your air conditioner 😂
