Highly recommend Barton Creek AC. They are always very responsive and quick to come out to diagnose an issue. Most recently we were trying to install a new smart thermostat ourselves and the system started blowing hot air. Called Eddie and he immediately knew why and walked me through the steps on the phone. Can’t say how thankful I am for their responsiveness and willing to help!

Johnnie helped me out with my A/C unit. He was helpful and answered all of my questions, I will definitely use Barton Creek A/C again. I highly recommend them.

Our second AC went out, at the same time as the first, and we called Barton Creek A/C, the owner showed up within the hour. To get us through the night, they tuned up the old AC to last until the next morning, since we had 2 kids and an over heated baby the night before. They immediately updated the home warranty claim and were at the house the next morning with the new unit and installed it in 4Hrs!

Well it gets better, the other AC man (remember I had 2 out) was a nightmare and the following day, that upstairs AC was leaking all over my attic - thank goodness I caught it! Again, the owner of BC/AC showed up on Sunday (his day off) which was the next morning and got it fixed.

I'm so pleased with these guys..., I'd recommend them to anyone. They're nice, friendly, and swift; did all the warranty work asap and did a clean job. They are coming back to fix the other guys other mistakes. Best experience I've ever had with any service provider (home owner for 10y), I wouldn't think twice about calling anyone else. We were in a bind and they saved us big time - Thank you guys a ton!!!

I am so grateful for Barton Creek A/C! It has been about a month and my A/C is working beautifully in this Texas heat! About a month ago Johnny came to deliver and install my A/C! The process was so seamless and he was sure to answer every single question I had. Barton Creek was able to offer me a very competitive and affordable price as well! I initially was quoted a higher price at another place in Kyle, however, Johnny was able to offer me such a wonderful deal! I am so happy with my choice to go with Barton Creek A/C and this is the only place I would recommend in Hays County! Johnny even took the time to register my A/C! We called just after they had closed, but Johnny still returned our call within 30 minutes. Fortunately he was able to walk us through a quick fix and our A/C was up and running again. We appreciate his “after hours” response and his professionalism to help us through this issue.

Always perfect response and servicing from Johnny at Barton springs AC. We got in a jam where the A/C that we bought for our new house from our sub contracter... Said it was "new " but had several leaks that were causing us endless nightmares and $$$ just trying to keep it running properly.
Johnny and his team showed up, evaluated what had to be done. He ordered an entirely new complete system, installed everything as expected and it's quieter, it's better, it's energy efficient, and we are so happy… And at a very affordable price !

Shay with barton creek a/c was timely, knowledgeable and very thorough in getting our a/c working again. He did not try to upsell any parts or service we did not need. He also shared what he did to get it working so we could do it ourselves if the problem occurs again. We would highly recommend barton creek a/c.

I rarely write a review but Barton Creek A/C totally impressed me. I had an emergency issue and they were able to help me out right away. They were very professional and prompt with every aspect of my interaction with them. They also charged a very fair price on the work that they did. I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.
