Had them replace both of out AC units a couple years ago and haven't had a single regret. Any time I think there may be a problem Greg trouble shoots with me over the phone and sends someone same day if needed. Their customer server is the best!

We’ve used Ferguson for electric repairs, entire house upgrades (1950’s house), heater and AC repairs and replacements for over 15 years. Zero complaints and zero disappointments. The first and only call I make whether it’s a “surprise your ac is out” when you get home, or the most recent replacement of the 20 year old AC system. Not a fun purchase, but we got a fair price and a quick install. Thank you Scott.

Gave them a call asked the question do they do same day AC repairs.They didn't answer me to say no or that they are fully booked or anything like that. I was just hung up on me. Tried to call back to see if we were disconnected and they just didn't answer the phone after that
