Josh the technician was meticulous and very easy to work with. Took my vision, ran with it, and I got more than I expected. Great prices, great work. I highly recommend!

We used JSR electrical services to make repairs on our new house, place an outlet over our fireplace and replace most of the major light fixtures and ceiling fans in our house and they did an amazing job. They were prompt, worked hard and got our entire job done in less than two days. The team was very nice and professional, and I appreciated their COVID precautions and that they all wore masks. We will definitely use them again!

Matt and Gage came in and based on my request provided a very reasonable quote for the work. Once I approved the quote they came back in and quickly took care of the job. It was a job well done and appreciated. I have always found the technicians at JSR to be top notched and I will always use JSR for my electrical needs.

After installing the chandelier he confirmed functionality and provided tips. JSR Electrical is on my referral list and speed dial for future electrical needs. Highly recommended!

After reading the JSR Electrical Services website, I found that installation of floor plug outlets were on their list services offered. I set up an appointment for a technician to come for an evaluation of what I needed and to get a quote for a floor plug going through a hardwood floor with outlet & under house wiring.
I was lucky enough to get Josh for the initial contact & evaluation of how the floor plug outlet could be Installed to get power to my office desk that was away from any other power source. It was obvious right away that Josh was an expert electrician and could figure out & plan the job needed.
The end result was perfect on a difficult job requiring drilling, wiring, and exact placement under my desk. He has a very nice personality and left the work areas spotless.

Matt did a great job. I liked that I received a call in advance with the technicians expected arrival time. He was knowledgeable and able to finish the job same day.

Used JSR to replace existing mounts on two TVs that I could not lift on my own. Colin and Matt worked quickly and effectively, and also helped me snake a couple wires as well as replace a couple plates. They made sure I was satisfied with everything before they left. And, no less important, they were respectful of my property, cleaned up after their work, and discarded the trash. JSR was not the cheapest bid I received, but I appreciated that they came to my house to view the job before giving the estimate, and also advised me on the best type mounts for my situation. I felt like this minimized the risk of negative surprises. And although I had no electrical work done, I felt better using them in the event any electrical work became necessary. I would use them again, thanks for a job well-done...

Everything about my service from JSR Electricians was amazing! We had the tech Colin both times and not only was he kind and knowledgeable but he also gave us multiple options in regards to pricing for different services. He acted like he cared and presented us with cheaper options even though the work would be about the same. I am so glad I decided to go with JSR over another electrical company that would have charged $99 just to come out for an evaluation! From the person I talked to on the phone (I believed his name was Daniel) to my tech, I did not have one bad experience. I am definitely going to use them again and recommend them to anyone in the DFW area!

Great experience. I had some faulty circuit breakers that needed to be replaced. Josh was prompt, took care of the work efficiently, was friendly, and provided top-notch service. Daniel at JSR was very polite and professional. He made it very easy to schedule a free consultation and then schedule the work to be done within just a few days. Both times, Matt was on time, super nice, helpful and did the job quickly. He was professional and clear about what needed to be done. I could tell that he wanted to make sure the job was done well and that everything would be safe. I would definitely use them again!

I'm very happy with all the work done. i called to have some of my power outlet back and fix some of the messed up lines. Got lucky I was scheduled the same day. It was great working with Colin, he explained all the work done. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience with JSR. Josh gave me a clear estimate to install my EV charger, and then returned to do the work as scheduled. He was professional the whole time and even helped me get the charger connected to the iPhone app.
