David is a rarity in the plumbing industry. He does a great job, puts customers first and is honest, a quality that seemingly is becoming extinct in business today. Highly recommend. Fast and affordable as well.

We used Crutcher Plumbing to replace two very old water heaters and could not be more pleased! They were knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I'm thrilled to have hot water again! I can highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the service I received yesterday. I know that plumbers are slammed with business with the many broken pipes. They they worked me in and solved my problem. I highly recommend them. They also helped our neighbor by checking out the repair job the preformed themselves.

As for a customer I recommend that you are patient with their time, there are so many broken pipes and they can take a lot of time to fix, and sometimes waiting is the best option. I also suggest that you don't go for the full repair at this moment, you want to mitigate damage of a burst pipe, capping a broken pipe might be better than full repair until the temps return to a reasonable level.

His only saving grace was he showed up on a Saturday for what I felt like was an emergency leak of an outdoor faucet. It wasn't an easy job as it had rained the day before. He seemed kind and was friendly. After doing a temp fix he stated he would order the needed part and be back out the following week ( Monday-wed) that went by then another week I called 3 times left messages then had my husband call. He finally replied saying he would be out on Thursday but never showed and I have not heard a word from him since. It's been 2 months!!! I was never rude on messaging or leaving voice-mail yet still he couldn't even have the decency to call back or at least bring back my parts.

Didn’t have all the parts on his first visit and only worked a few hours. I paid him and he left. Said he would come back after he got all the parts. After finally reaching him several weeks later, he said he had everything and was ready to come out. Showed up three days later than we originally agreed on and had a ton of excuses. He gave me a quote to finish everything, then began to work. I thought it would be done, So I wrote the check and gave it to him. A couple hours later he says he doesn’t have all the parts and says he will have to come back. That was in December. Last communication was January 14th. via text “I can mail you the parts”. Simply Unbelievable as I paid for parts AND labor. Now he won’t respond to anything. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Get everything in writing and DO NOT pay anything until the job is done.
