I just wanted to get on here and leave a review and say this is a really good company to work with. I’m new to the area and was looking for someone who could clean whenever I needed, and I didn’t even know companies offered services like this.

Joseph offered me a test trial to see if I would like it, and I can honestly say I’m very impressed. It was just a standard clean, but everything was done so well and exceeded my expectations. Definitely will be booking again!

I booked Clearpoint Home Solutions for a post construction cleaning on my rental property in Dallas. The crew did an amazing job. Their booking process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them.

I recently went out of town for work, I am in the remodeling/construction business. If you’re familiar with this kind of work, you may understand how dusty and dirty your home can get just from your clothing and material and/or tools. I didn’t have a chance to tighty up my place before I was to leave. I had the guys at Clearpointe Home Solutions come out to give my place a nice clean and man, I couldn’t have done a better job myself, these guys did a phenomenal job! If you’re interested in having any type of service regarding cleanliness or organization, these are the guys to hit up!

Today I had a deep cleaning done for my apartment move-out by ClearPointe Solutions and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. I normally don’t leave reviews but I met Katie., the cleaner , she was so sweet and very professional. She arrived on time, and paid close attention to every detail. My apartment looked amazing after she left. Everything was left spotless from the floors and bathrooms to the kitchen and hard-to-reach areas
Overall , ClearPointe Solutions made it easy for me and to avoid the move out fees. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them for my move-in to my new apartment.

I wish I didn't have to review like this -- up to the point of cleaning day, Joseph was so kind and persistent with communication. For context, I ordered a deep cleaning, to which he provided a very detailed and thorough list of what to expect when they were done. I came home to so much dust in the baseboards and debris on the sink, among other things, which were specifically listed in the services and that I specifically talked with him about. I was very disappointed, but I thought Joseph would be so kind about this.

Well, it's week 2, and I've called many times, left voicemails, emails, texts, and even a contact request on Clearpointe's website, and I haven't heard back. Joseph, if you see this, I would like a refund. I wish it didn't come to this, but I'm starting to feel scammed. Since we were on a time crunch, I had to emergency call Superb Maids, and they did wonderfully.
