The guy came and cleaned my pool. He left leaves in the bottom on the 2 drains and didn’t vacuum the spa at all. He was here for 40 mins according to the footage on my outdoor camera. When I called the store in Florence SC, the owner argued with me back and forth that the cleaner was here for an hour and wouldn’t do anything but say they would come back out and charge me for another complete cleaning. He was extremely rude as was the lady that first answered the phone. Very poor customer service.
