I needed my air conditioning and furnace replaced. They were dependable, punctual, knowledgeable and easy to get scheduled. I use their maintenance program also.

When I was in TX for a few years, I had my A/C go out. Texas is stupid hot and I am from the humid heat of GA. The TX heat is something different though…dry and hot! I used Ugly Dog (the name reeled me in) and they were very informative on what the issue could be, quickly diagnosed my unit, and repaired it within the day! I could not be any more pleased with a company than I was with Ugly Dog and would recommend them to anyone living in the area! I hope to see them expand into other states in the future!!

Talked directly to the owner which is nice, quick response both in coming on location as well as helping me troubleshoot a simple problem over the phone. Will use for any problem I might run into in the future as well as normal services and inspections.

Very prompt and attentive service. The technician explained what the problem was and should it persist what, what the next steps could or should be. As an IT person and knowing what my customers appreciate about not knowing, that was greatly appreciated!! I would definitely recommend them hands down!!

The owner came out himself to inspect what we needed done, gave me a fair quote, showed up on time, and did a great job installing. Would absolutely use them again for whatever we need based on my experience with them!

This contractor came out for a maintenance request through Tricon American Homes. They are definitely the best contractor that Tricon has ever sent me. On time and ready to do the work. Plus they got an entirely new AC system in on Friday after calling it in Thursday. I sure was thankful to not go a weekend without!!!
