Matt/MAC came into our apartment to address a leaky water heater! Over the span of nearly 2 days, Matt came in and took care of us! Though the process was kinda lengthy, he would let us know what he was doing, when he was doing it, and how long repairs could take. He said he'd be here at 8am, each day, and he was here at 8am each day! Matt was also super friendly and was great having small conversations with! It didn't make the process weird, since there was a stranger in my apartment, ya know? I truly appreciate Matt and will always ask for him if I need of y'all's service ever again!

Mark at Atlantis Plumber is awesome! We called for a same day emergency- a toilet was spraying water everywhere. He got to us within a couple of hours and fixed the problem quickly. We had a plumber come out before him to look at the same problem and he quoted us over $400 for a partial repair! Mark found the problem and fixed it immediately for only a service call charge! He is also certified in medical gas and he's a welder- a great combo for various commercial businesses.

He's honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. I'd HIGHLY recommend Atlantis Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

He is direct, professional , and moves fast to fix any issues that arise. His experience as a former commercial plumbing superintendent and is second to none. Mark has been taking care of our plumbing needs for years. Most recently he came out and set my mind at ease by checking the lines for clogs/build up and inspecting the plumbing in our rarely used upstairs shower. In the past he has repaired leaks and installed faucets and shower heads. His work is flawless! When it’s a trade that’s behind the walls and you have to trust their expertise, only use the best!

I spoke with a man named Eddie who was rude from the second he answered the phone. The entire phone call he made me feel like a burden as he rushed me and called me "sir" when I have a very feminine voice lol. I called the next vendor on my list and they came out to help ASAP. Don't waste your time, look elsewhere.

I didn't use this company for the services they offer so this review does not reflect their work, but simply their unsafe driving skills.

Between 630-7 AM , unit number 161 drove up on me fast and stayed so close to my bumper that all I could see out of my review mirror was headlights, which were blinding to me making it hard to see. I couldn't get over to let them pass because their were drivers beside me and in front of me.

As if that wasn't unsafe enough, this careless person then decided it was perfectly acceptable to cut across I20 at unsafe speeds so they could make their exit! Which, by the way, they barely made! Not only did they put themselves in danger, but so many other innocent drivers just trying to get to their destinations!

Please train your drivers on safe driving!
