Found this place from reading reviews and couldn’t have been happier with the service. They were able to make it out on short notice to fix an electrical issue we were having as well as hung two fixtures. We’re so happy to have found Tier 1 & will definitely be using them in the future!

Collin was honest and didn’t try to upcharge me, he actually helped make sure I didn’t pay for extra work that might not be necessary. I appreciated his honesty and explaining what needed to be done. Collin was great and I’d definitely recommend him again.

Tier One Electric did a superb job adding a 220 out let for our new E Car. It was easy to reach Caleb and the installation was scheduled quickly and the results were spectacular.

Timely and prompt with scheduling and answering questions over text (iMessage) even though I got the work done during the holiday season. Reasonably priced, guys were very friendly, communicated clearly about timing, arrived quick and got the work done FAST! Highly recommend these guys

He’s one of those contractors that when you work with them, you know immediately you’ll work with again! Of course Caleb is good at electrical but, beyond that…

Incredible. Presented options at the outset, no pressure. They were so neat when working, set up trash cans, portable tables for parts and workspace. Went over all aspects of job upon completion. I was very blessed to be led to Tier One.

After have a late night problem with our electricity, Caleb showed up within about 30 minutes and took care of the problem. Very professional, explained everything clearly and very fare pricing, especially considering this was late Friday night following a holiday weekend. Prior to speaking to Caleb I called 5 of companies that advertised emergency services and told they can try and get me scheduled next week. Caleb and team installed a universal EV charger in my garage and were great to do business with. Would definitely do business with them again. They were prompt, professional, and quickly installed the charger for me and helped me test it out.

Caleb and Edwin came out to install an exterior outlet on our house. They did a great job, and they informed us of a potential problem with the original planned location of the outlet. We chose another spot, and it does the trick. Very professional, timely, and kind. We’ll definitely call them in the future for any electrical needs that pop up.

Our Auto shop had the pleasure of working with Tier-One Electric recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the very start, the owner was responsive, professional, and on top of every detail. We can’t afford to have our car lifts down for long at all when electric work is being done so they made sure the project stayed on schedule and within budget—no surprises, no runaround.

What stood out most, though, was the quality of the work. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do and won’t settle for anything less than excellent. You don’t always get that kind of accountability and craftsmanship these days, especially on a tight timeline.

Another amazing experience with Caleb at Tier One Electric. Smoke detectors beeped for days so I called Caleb and he came in less than 18 hours, replaced 9 detectors in under an hour for a great price. He amazes me once again…and so polite and knowledgeable!

Caleb was extremely helpful. My wife and I purchased an older home in Lake Dallas and Caleb was able to come out, figure out how all our electrical was set up and got us set up with a whole home surge protector to protect our property.

Caleb was straightforward with me and it didnt feel like he was trying to sell me things I didnt need.

Reached out to Tier-one about some breakers that needed to be swapped out from a new AC install that failed inspection. I almost immediately heard back from Tier-one and explained my situation. They ordered what I needed and came out and knocked it out! Very responsive and great
