AJ and his crew were very professional. AJ explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I have used Bear HVAC for years now. AJ and his Team are my go to guys for all of my HVAC needs. They have done repairs and complete installations in the past. Today was my annual summer inspection and tune up for both my systems, and as always the technician was through and effective.

Another great experience with Bear Air Services. Any time they come to perform maintenance or a checkup on the equipment, I feel that I am their most important customer. I would highly recommend Bear Air Services to maintain, repair or replacement of your heating/AC units.

AJ has been my go to company for a few years. He always has my best interest at heart. I needed him today and was over straight away and had me up and running in less than an hour. But more than that he has been nursing my 2nd unit that is over 20 years old to keep it working. i know i need a new unit for that one but he has been able to keep it functional as well as our newer 2nd unit. There will be a time i will need to replace that older one but AJ has done an amazing job keeping us cool as well as warm during the cold months. Great Guy Great company I am lucky to be a client.

AJ and his crew arrived on time. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. This is the second unit AJ has put in my home. His prices are fair and he really knows what he is talking about! We will not be using anyone else in the future!

Great company. The appointment set up was easy. I received a text reminder the day before and a call when they were on the way. They came in the time frame that was stated. I replaced my ac/heating unit. AJ was great. He gave me several quotes via email and answered all my questions. He is such a great guy. I really feel he was trying to serve my best interest and give us what we need, and not trying to upsell. They did a great job. Couldn't be happier.

May 2023: AJ stopped by on his way home after business hours to do a second opinion and attempt repair of our old unit. Our previously trusted AC repair company told us we needed some outrageous repairs so my wife made the right move in my absence (I was on a work trip) and called another well reviewed company (AJ at Bear Air). He was very respectful and polite and my wife repeatedly said how straight forward he was. He fixed the issue and stated the truth that our 20 year old unit was on its last leg (understandable). He also stated that the other company was most likely incorrect in their diagnosis of bad fan motor cause they couldn’t even start the fan motor as it couldn’t start due to another bad part (capacitor or something along those lines). From then he earned our trust!

Fast forward to September 2023: we knew we would use AJ and his guys for a proactive replacement, he stated when prices usually were more affordable due to lower labor costs (when it cools down). So that’s why we picked September. His crew came in laid protective coverings on floor, they always wore protective booties during other inspections prior to install day, cleaned up after, were honest in the sales and choosing what we needed/wanted versus cost. AJ never once tried to push extra unneeded services and gave us exactly what we needed. He never hesitated to answer questions before getting paid for the new unit.

Services he provided that have made the biggest difference in comfort:
-return air duct from our master bedroom
-fixed improper ductwork splits from unit to bedroom and bathroom
-new thermostat, also gave proper instruction on setting it up
-install and remove attic furnace/blower
-outside ac unit
-gave us 2 free upgraded bedroom vents that flow more air

I cannot stress enough how great this business is! I highly recommend using Bear Air for unfortunately what is usually an expensive repair/replacement/investment.

AJ replaced our entire A/C system in one day! The pricing was very competitive, and he was easy to work with. He is also very responsive and detail oriented. Would recommend and will use again!

AJ is great! Very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. I was recommended to Bear Heat & Air after a previous company didn't show up to our appointment. They were able to get to me and get my system up and running the very next day. Highly recommend!

AJ and his crew were top notch. Showed up on time, no hidden costs added, very professional and courteous. AJ did a great job of explaining all the pros and cons of the systems I had been presented from others, and in the end he didn't oversell me on a systems that would have been overkill in my house. Their recommendations of improvement in duct/return work has my upstairs feeling better than it ever has.

AJ has been doing all of our HVAC work for years. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and very professional. I have recommend him to several other people.

Our AC went out in the middle of the Texas heat and AJ was quick to respond. Turns out we needed to replace our unit and he had it done quickly. Our furnace also needed to be replaced and he worked with our roofing contractor to make sure everything was installed properly for the new furnace. Can't recommend him enough!!

Bear Air has provided excellent service for us for years! We will always come back even if it means spending a little more. Family run business and people who treat their customers right.

Always great service! AC was not working. Was quick to arrive and have our AC up and running like normal within 10 minutes.

One thing that separates AJ from others. He will always answer his phone. I had a system shut down on a Saturday morning and he was at my home two hours later trouble shooting. Great service. AJ has replaced two of my dated HVAC units. This was my third tranasction with him and it was as good this time as the first two.
