Josh was on time, early even. He is such a kind and professional, expert technician! Trust is the most important thing I look for when needing AC repairs and Christmas AC always fills that worry for me. I have referred Christmas AC to several friends and will continue to! Robert came to my rescue yesterday! He found the source of our A/C problems, and when my warranty hadn't been filled out by the previous company, he tried to help with discounts...was empathetic and explained the issues well-- very professional!

Just had an excellent repair call by Eric Gabbert from Christmas Air. Eric came out within an hour of placing the call for an inoperative A/C unit, and found and addressed several issues. Back up and running quickly. Thankful for Christmas Air and Eric!

Simon was professional and polite . Tested my ac unit outside and in attic and changed my filter . He was fantastic and Christmas Air is very fortunate to have him.

Josh was very thorough in his inspection and took the time to make sure I understood his findings he helped me with minor adjustments while he was here. He was personable, and treated our property with care. We are pleased with the services provided by christmas air.

Eric arrived during the first 30 minutes of my timeframe. He communicated the process for both systems. When he finished he gave me a run down of the inspection and made some recommendations. Eric was very professional and represented Christmas HVAC well. I recommend them as a service provider.

Our service technician was great! Very informative and going to give us quotes on several options.

I called (for help) a little after one in the afternoon. Was promised a technician to come to my house between 2 and 6 pm. Shortly after 2pm Robert rang my doorbell, went to work and was able to find the problem pretty quick. I highly recommend Christmas Air Conditioning. Robert is a great asset to the company.

Brandon was very knowledgeable, was able to explain what was wrong and how they would fix it at a level I could understand. Quick, thorough, professional, cleaned up after the job and assured he me would let the scheduler know what I needed to finish things up ( need a plumber for main drain issues).

Christmas Air always gives five star service. From the moment you call on the phone to their timely arrival and detailed work , they give excellent customer service! They have put in a new air conditioning unit for us, serviced our air conditioning and heating for maintenance and now plumbing! I loved the free Plumbing check that I got and the repair that I needed was reasonable. We will definitely stay with Christmas Air!
