Javier nailed it on my job! He worked 5h straight and I can already feel the difference! Literally the air smells fresher and my sinuses aren’t threatening to seal shut.

When Javier attempted to clean the dryer vent he found a gaping hole where the dryer vent wasn’t even connected to the external vent. He remedied it by taping it up and sealing the vent so that the output could escape and not blow dryer lint all around in the attic.

Being new to the state and new to this rental townhome, I woke sneezing every morning since I moved in, and figured maybe the vents could use a thorough cleaning. As I’ve never been an allergy sufferer. My sinuses were inflamed every morning. I noticed that this place gets dusty super fast too, & being wintertime I don’t have any windows open, so I knew the dust is what is coming from the vents & not blowing in from outside.

Having just sold my house in another state, I know the importance of doing annual air duct/dryer vent cleaning and keeping the HVAC purring. I found Lowe’s and much to my surprise they offered all 3 services! I submitted an online appointment request and was called back within an hour to schedule. They fit me in really quickly and while Javier was cleaning the vents, I could literally feel my sinuses open up! There’s a reason why Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning has so many positive reviews! I’ll certainly be scheduling with Lowe’s again!

They called to let us know they’d be arriving in 30 min (right at the beginning of the time window we were given). They were professional & thorough. And they cleaned out a dryer vent that had been clogged for years!

We had our ducts cleaned by Lowe's. Was on time. The technician did an awsome job, moved back every piece of furniture had to move to get to the ducts, and made sure he cleaned behind him of any debris that fell on the floor. I will deffinitely use them again.

Great job done by Belman! Truly worth it for doing AC cleaning when moving into a new home

Ernesto was very thorough and his assistant was fantastic at cleaning the actual vents and any small debris that fell onto the floor. Great experience start to finish. I quickly booked the whole thing online, the person who came over was a total pro who did a thorough job and competently answered all my questions.

Jose was friendly and professional.
I liked that I was shown pictures of what was in my vents. The two previous companies that I used did not do this.
I immediately noticed that air is flowing better from a few of the vents that previously had low air flow.
The price is also better then quotes that I was given from other companies

I have to say firstly that I was highly impressed by Josè's thoroughness and attention to detail. He explained the whole process and took pictures before and after of the inside of my ductwork. I was shocked by all the "debris" that he removed. I saved the best for last. Josè Medina is a genuinely good person, and he represents Lowe's displaying the highest character. I was thoroughly impressed, and I highly recommend Lowe's. Money well spent.

Javier did an excellent job cleaning out the dryer vent. He also installed a basket cover over our exterior dryer vent. He was professional prompt and worked hard to clear lint backed up from a bird nest. Also he used proper metallic tape to reseal the transition from dryer to the wall vent. Le ft a clean work space. I would choose Lowe’s again if needed for my air duct and dryer vent.
