Thank you Mr. R. Campbell for your knowledge, and patience that help me understand what was going on. At age 67, I ask a lot of questions and you answered them so I could understand. Paschal Air staff is great from setting my appointment, verification, and reminder. However, my interaction with Mr. Campbell makes him a shining star.

These guys are great! Very professional, punctual and honest. Ian did a great job at answering all of my questions in terms I could understand. We definitely recommend them to anyone needing their heat or air conditioning serviced or replaced.

They came much sooner than expected, and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way so I wasn't surprised. My problem was diagnosed right away and was fixed within about half an hour. I was so glad that they were able to come right out the same day and fix it same day too. Pricing was explained along the way in clear detail and I was never pushed to purchase anything I didn't need. I am very happy with this company!

Paschal technician Herbert was very helpful, informative and reliable. He explained how replacing a failing/ burnt contactor part and adding a Compressor Saver Kit will help improve reliability and reduce strain on the system. Made good sense to me and I’m happy with the regular maintenance service from Paschal and Herbert!😊

My technician Raphique was awesome!!!
He’s very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained step by step what he was going to be doing during my service and kept me updated on what his progress was during the process. He also explained the importance of what he was doing and the impact of it. He also provided me with critical information on the care of my HVAC and how to maximize the performance and expand the life of my unit. We have lived in our home since we built in 2009 and have had several different technicians come to my home to service my units, but no one has ever explained or recommended these simple things that any homeowner should do to properly care for their units. He also installed my HVAC monitoring system and explained how it works. Raphique is an awesome technician and I have already recommended Paschal and him to him to others. Great Work to Raphique and Paschal!!! Thanks!!!

Ian came out and quoted me for a full system replacement after being without AC for 3.5 days. He was thorough & fair. I didn't feel like it was just a sales pitch like I did with the other companies that had come out. He had me on the schedule the very next day. The crew was out early & spent all day getting my new system installed. They worked hard in a very hot house & attic that is upstairs! They got me up & running & I am now in a comfortable, cooled home! I am very pleased from start to finish. I will use Walker Air-Plumbing-Electric for all my needs!

I texted Paschal last night to set up an appointment, hopefully for next day & I received a message from them that they'll be out this morning. Sure enough, Tiffany called & said she was in the way & got here at 8:30 & finished within the hour. Tiffany was very respectful & professional. I highly recommend Paschal Air.

This company is responsive and very friendly. Their rates are competitive and they offer a lot of things that other companies don't. Tiffany is an amazing Tech and I am so glad I signed up with them!

Great experience. The engineer was friendly and knowledgable, took the time to explain things, and he did not seem rushed to finish the job. He took photos, showed us everything he recommended, and didn't pressure us. We'll be calling again.

AJ was friendly, patient, and helpful. He spent several hours with Rheem to troubleshoot our Rheem Tankless Water System. He took the time to show us what he was doing and explained why. AJ communicated effectively with the manufacturer and us, his customers. Excellent service! Top notch!

Paschal has been excellent so far! I called because my AC was not working. They came out a couple hours later and recommended several replacement options. Justin Vendola was excellent and even brought us window ACs to get through the night! They were able to come the next day to replace the unit and it works great thus far! Everyone has been extremely courteous and helpful!

I am very pleased with their work. They are a very honest company and i feel like im in good hands. After being with someone else that was a bad experience, I'm excited to be with Pascal. I feel they went above and beyond to assist with our needs. I believe in word of mouth and I would highly recommend Pascal to serve your needs.

I can't say enough great things about this company! We've used them twice because our new A/C system, unfortunately, has needed a few repairs. We've loved the customer service, they're so quick to send a technician out. We've dealt with 3 separate techs and they were ALL really great, quick, knew what they were doing - and one was even very mindful of my sleeping baby.

I like their communication system which enables prompt responses and updates. Jobs were swiftly done. Kudos to Mr. AJ, Plumbing professional who addressed my concern under sink in the kitchen. The problem was solved quickly. Thank you.

Yasua, came today to do an air conditioning tune up and maintenance. Yasua was awesome, very professional, polite, informative and all around great guy. He spent a lot of time with us explaining different options that he could do to help with some issues we are having. We will be calling him again soon. Great young man and a great company. Ulises was an extremely helpful technician and quickly found and resolved our AC issue. 90 degrees outside in May and Paschal came through fast and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for any HVAC issues!
