Shout out to DR Plumbing! Josh was on time, thorough and honest. Pricing was more than fair. In a day where it's difficult to get a call back, let alone getting someone to show up, the experience with Josh was a welcome change to that. Could not recommend more.

I called DR plumbing before they opened when our water heater leaked all over our garage. They came came right over. Josh was honest, polite, fair and able to take care of us the same day. Great price and assurance about the product and installation without all the fees and hassle of a large company. I would highly recommend them and use them again over a large company any day!! Great service!

Josh and his team repiped our homes hot water lines by rerouting in the attic. They did a great job considering we have a 2 story house and minimized the amount of drywall cuts that were needed. Not having to worry about slab leaks is great peace of mind.
Also installed new hot water heater. Pricing is the best around too.

We experienced significant leakage from the tanks for our hot water system. Found Joshua and DR Plumbing on the FM site and he was at our house 20 minutes after I spoke to him. We currently lease and it turns out the owner wanted to use his appliance warranty company so I was not able to have Josh fix the problem. However, I wish i could have! I vary rarely have experienced such efficient and professional service. Josh was pleasant, knowledgeable, and gave us, and the owner, great advice. He said he'd be able to begin the repairs today. Now, who knows how long we will have to wait! Sorry Joshua, but thank you anyway.

Josh was very responsive to my call and did a very professional job of fixing my water leak caused by a corroded pipe in the wall. Based on the condition of the pipe, I decided to use him to replace all my hot water piping via running pix through my attic. We suspected that my tankless hot water heater, which was not installed properly. was constantly recycling and causing a problem with all my hot water pipes. In addition, I asked Josh to replace my tankless hot water heater with a Navien, which he recommended. All of this work was done by Josh's team in a very professional manner, and Josh went out of his way to make sure this work was done to my satisfaction. I just received my invoice for the water heater, and I want to change my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars! Josh and his team are superstars! They really know what they are doing when it comes to complex plumbing issues. Josh is a master plumber and that will speak for itself! I will not use any other plumber from now on. I recommend Josh and his team for excellent customer service, professionalism, and Knowledge of the industry!

I just wanted to brag about the wonderful experience we had with DR Plumbing. We called after hours, and someone was able to call us back that evening. We had an issue with the pilot light being out on our water heater. They came to our home at the said time and not only took care of our issue but also helped us with an unrelated issue. They did not have to do this. We were not only impressed with their work but also with their kindness. We will definitely use them in the future. They come highly recommended. Josh and Greg from his team have been our go-to for plumbing and HIGHLY Recommend! They have been quick to come out (we’ve have had 2 emergencies in the last 6 months 😓) and are so responsive to questions/updates. They’ve come to reroute our pipes due to a leak underneath the floor, and for an outdoor faucet that wasn’t winterized. Special thanks for coming out ASAP in this winter weather!! We really appreciate you guys! Honest experts and so reliable!

DR plumbing came out and did an amazing job on my plumbing remodel . I am so happy ! They were very friendly and efficient . Never hesitated to males sure I was happy and comfortable with the job they were doing . Highly recommend !!

A plumber came out quickly and thoroughly inspected a suspected leak, including removing dry wall and using a moisture detector inside. Took his time to be complete and never acted rushed. I was very impressed and will use again.

A few months ago, my water heater went down on a Friday afternoon. Josh responded right away with a plan to have us back up and running the next day. These guys did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. I would highly recommend them! Great work, excellent people!

So thankful DR plumbing was able to fix my leaky toilet! Another company came out multiple times to fix but the leak continued. DR came out, diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly. Very Friendly, great service and great price!

Josh has built a very good company with excellent communication, well-trained employees, good service, and fair prices. Our disposal install was not rushed and was handled very well by a thoughtful technician who did a great job. Will contact them in the future.

UPDATE 9/9/2024: We just had a major pipe fixed under our foundation which had been installed or built wrong probably since the beginning of the house. We have had poor draining and clogs for a while now. Great communication and service and a fair price. Highly recommended, still!

I called D R Plumbing and spoke with Josh about repairing / replacing the venting system on my gas water heater . He was very responsive to my situation and arrived at my house the same day to perform the required work . He was able to use most of the existing materials which saved me money and now I can sleep well knowing my unit is safe . Responsive, professional and knowledgeable- I highly recommend D R Plumbing. This is not the first time that I have done business with DR Plumbing in Flower Mound. They continue to exceed expectations with their prompt, fair and honest approach. The plumber that was assigned to our issue today was Greg. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. It is obvious that customer appreciation is a high priority with DR Plumbing. It is great to have a local company come to our home and not just want to rip you off. These honest people are upfront and follow through with what they say they will do for you. Absolutely recommend for any and all plumbing work. Work was accomplished quickly and without any issues, I was kept informed during the entire project as well.
