We needed a gas line extended over for a new stove fireplace and Reyna Plumbing was quick to come out and give us a quote for the project. Once we agreed the entire project went quickly and without any issues. He is amazing at communicating updates and answering any questions via text. We never had any trouble getting into contact with him for the job. I'll be using him for all plumbing in the future and recommend him to everyone.

Mr. Reyna agreed to remodel a shower to increase size. He tore out the old shower and the sheet rock to make room to install the shower kit.
The agreement was $2000.00. He would install new shower kit and hardware, repair sheet rock for someone else to paint.

The shower panels in the kit were on back order. He asked for payment of $1600.00.
He stated I would owe him $400.00 upon completion of job. I was to call him when the shower panels were delivered. I agreed.

He refuses to email me a copy of two of three bills for work he had already completed.

He received payment of $1600.00 and I left me with a torn up bathroom and holes in the wall of bedroom.

He needs to return my $1600.00 so I can pay someone else to do the job.

He will tell you he is a reborn christian and practices christian values when it comes to how he treats his customers. That is the biggest lie I have ever heard from a person.
He needs to repay me the $1600.00.

This man is NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
