I recently had the pleasure of working with Power Solutions, an electrical contractor based in Forney, TX, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that set them apart from other contractors I’ve worked with.

The team was prompt and courteous, arriving exactly when they said they would. They took the time to assess the job thoroughly and communicated clearly about the work that needed to be done. Their expertise was evident in the way they handled every task, ensuring everything was completed to code and with precision.

What stood out the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They made sure I understood the work being performed and answered all of my questions, no matter how small. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they left the job site clean and tidy, which is always a sign of true professionalism.

Whether you're in need of electrical repairs, upgrades, or new installations, I highly recommend Power Solutions. They deliver outstanding results, and I will definitely be using them for any future electrical needs.

Power Solutions technician were very professional and did a great diagnosis of our electrical problem. They focused on our concern rather than try to oversell. They replaced our power riser, meter box and surge protector for a very fair price. Their time estimates were spot on.

Called Shannon at Power Solution Llc electrical company.
Left message and he returned with a phone call in a timely manner.
I explained to Shannon I had some outlets out inside house and outside also.
He told me he waned me to check some things before he sent anyone out. He said for me to check and see if any of the outlets had a GfI.he said he wouldnt want to send a tech out and charge me for resseting a plug. SURE ENOUGH the outside outlet had a GFI which was in the citcuit of the indoor outlets.
I reset the gfi and back in business.
I really appreciate a company who isnt just out to make a buck on something so simple.
I couldnt tell you of any other company who would do this for you.
So if you need a honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced electrician who will take care of you right.
CALL SHANNON AT POWER SOLUTIONS LLC.
