Was having trouble with our Ecobee 3 lite thermostat settings for the Heat pump and Gas furnace to run proper, called and was walked through setting up proper settings and believe me it works fine since. My wife and moved to Texas this past weekend. We have a house and a barndominium. We had movers coming in this past Monday, so we wanted to stay in the semi furnished barndominium so the movers wouldn't disturb our pets, we were disappointed to find the AC wasn't working however. Richard (the owner) came out on Sunday and addressed the issue for us. It was a minor problem with a pump on the condensation tray, and so he re-plumbed it so it was gravity fed instead of a mechanical pump that could fail periodically. He was truly a pleasure to meet and he only fixed what needed to be fixing. We are going to be using him going forward. Thanks Richard!

Excellent service. They were able to send someone out to repair our broken heating system on the same day we called. They sent a text to let us know they were on the way. The service man was very polite and repaired the unit quickly. He was also clear with his summary of the problem and what to look for.

Richard was very professional and instead of him charging a rediculous amount of money like other people would have, he found a solution for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Fox Air and Heat if you are looking for quality work and reasonable pricing.

Tyler and his team did the most exceptional and conscientious work!! They installed my new Lennox heat pump with only the best materials and consulted with me every step of the way. They engineered the install in such a way as to afford LOTS of extra attic space for storage, meticulously checked and sealed every possible joint and seam, and paid incredible attention to every detail. They even cleaned up so good after the job was done (especially in the attic), you couldn’t tell such a major construction-type job ever occurred on my property. Fox Heat and Air gave me the best price (by far!) and happily guaranteed their work. Fox Heat and Air is a refreshingly conscientious and honest broker. I flat-out couldn’t recommend them more highly!
