Absolutely amazing. Professional, thorough, we have never had a company that has been to great all around! HIGHLY recommend. We purchased their annual service plan (which I am normally vary wary of) and theirs is a fantastic deal and they literally go through the system with a fine toothed comb. Just cant say enough about them!

This company is the “ABSOLUTE BEST”! Randy is extremely customer oriented, efficient, knowledgeable, proficient and professional. He was very eager to get us cooling again. Desmond was very thorough and saved us about $1800. We had another company come out that said we needed all kinds of fixes that we didn’t need. He’s very nice on top of knowing his stuff!!

Brian came to my home to prepare an estimate ( which they did not charge for!?! ). He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I have not had any work performed yet, but I have a feeling his estimate will be fair and I feel from seeing him review the job needs, his work will be top notch.
Post work- They did a great job on a difficult project.

December 21, 2024 - I called in and spoke with Carla. I explained my urgent situation and she really made us a priority. I was a bit worried about the costs.... Not to mention; in this economy with everything so expensive. Well, let me tell you... their price was the lowest I could find. I totally recommend Patriot Comfort Services. They offer the best rates around. Their services are the best! The employee are fantastic!
