Plumbers arrived on-time, and were super efficient at their job. They were also very polite and professional.

I greatly appreciate Kretz plumbing and will use them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Just had Kretz plumbing out for the second time. They did same day service to fix a massive leak. Great job, very friendly, good quality workmanship.

Did a great job! Had to reschedule a couple of times with flu season and rain…but they got the job done and did a great job explaining the process.

Kretz responded on a Saturday morning. Within 2hrs of the call I had someone on site fixing the problem. Conner was friendly and did a great job for us.

Also quick to respond to an emergency we are having and employees are always kind and respectful!

The gentleman that showed up was very professional and explained everything before he started. Then explained everything he needed to do to fix the clog. Work was completed quickly and efficiently.

I had 4 of your technicians out to help clear my plumbing issue. All were very professional with work skills and personalities. I found out that 4 of them were NFL Eagles fans as I had my Eagles hat on when they came on site. The only complaint I have is that the owner is a San Francisco fan, lol. Great Plumbing Company!

Connor and two other team members came out today to repair a leaky kitchen sink. They were super professional, personable and very fast. They even kept their cool when my fur-baby was going ballistic. 🙂 I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

During my repair their crew was kind, respectful, patient with my ignorant questions and kept me informed of the price of each step of the repair so I could approve it before they continued.

I had two plumbing contractors give bids and Kretz Plumbing was significantly lower.

Kretz Plumbing came out the same day I called and even worked overtime in order to complete my repair. Amazingly enough, the overtime was not reflected in my invoice.

My experience with this company was so very cool and I’m totally happy with the work that they did, they were clean, quick and professional and courteous. I got my veterans discount to add to it. I was very impressed with how they treated me as a disabled veteran. No doubt I would use them again.

Another excellent job replacing a bathroom sink facet from Kretz Plumbing Services. New shutoff values replaced the originals. We had purchased a facet prior to installation. Not a problem for them, the job was still professionally done. Looks and works great. Thank you.

We woke up to a plumbing emergency (leaking water heater) on a Sunday morning. We called several plumbers who were not willing to work on Sunday, but when I called Kretz Plumbing, Mike was here within an hour. He explained the problem and gave us a reasonable quote right away. They also offered a financing option which was very helpful. I can't say enough good things about the friendly, professional service they provided. Excellent friendly service! Received a text with a picture of my plumber before they arrive and a text when they were on the way. The picture is a great practice to prevent scammers and thieves. They completed the plumbing job quickly and efficiently. I found their rates to be reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Apparently we had a sprinkler system in our new backyard, i had no idea until the city sent us a letter telling us we needed a backflow tester (idk what that is either) great news though I don't have to know, tbh I didn't have to do much after I called Kretz. They handled all the back and forth with the city inspector, wrapped up the fees in their price, didn't care that my yard was a wreck. Everyone was super nice, super respectful, and explained what actually was going on in the yard.
