I think his name was Jeremy, he came to look at my hot water heater. Explained why is was beeping and took care of the situation. He was very professional and only charged me for what I needed. Didn’t need to replace the whole system.

The “gentleman “ is rude

This guy is rude and his service is horrible. Run away and find a reputable business.

They were so in a hurry to "finish" and leave , I
Payed so much money just so they could unclog the toilet a little bit nd they left without fixing the real problem , they came the next day to give me an "after treatment" and all they did is pour sum liquid to drain it better , and my toilet still clogs up to this moment, I had very bad service & and got overcharged , i hope I help someone from making the same mistake ..

Called in to discuss a small leak in my bathroom, FYI, I am a veteran home inspector in the DFW area, that being said I have multiple tools at my disposal to find and localize a leak to a designated area, but this mister now it all so called plumber wanted me to immediately shut the water down and without seeing, listening or even offer a service call , he quoted $1200 over the phone, I've been in and around construction all my life, I recommend you don't walk but run from this company as fast as you can, the guy is rude and in my opinion has no business running a company.
