Wow! What a great experience we had with the Sasser Company. Our home was damaged by water from a recent ice storm, and Sasser took care of EVERYTHING!!! They handled the water, mitigation, moving all of our furniture out of the house, refinishing all of our floors, moving our furniture back into our home, all while we were out of town. Mike Lott of Sasser communicated with us every day, keeping us abreast of the project. He went out of his way to make this experience as excellent as possible.

Richard and his team are amazing. We had sprinkler head burst, and they got out to my property quick. They do way more than any other company. They came out and got the water up and brought a lot of equipment with them. They dried it out and cut out any damaged drywall. They helped us minimize damage and very helpful. Most companies try to get up the water and leave. They stuck around to make sure everything was done correctly, no matter how long it took. Thank you guys, you've been a big help.

I had a great experience with Richard Montoya and Christopher Cleveland, who handled the mold removal in my apartment after a water leak. They were here all day and worked incredibly hard to get the job done right. I really appreciated how they kept me informed throughout the process and took the time to clearly answer any questions I had. They were professional, thorough, and respectful of my space the entire time. The mold is completely gone, and the apartment feels clean and safe again.
