We received proposals from nine gutter companies, both national and local( Dallas-Fort Worth area). The quoted prices ranged from $36,000 down to just under $5000 for the removal of our old 5” gutters, installation of 6” gutters and gutter guards for our new 6” gutters. Better Flo Gutters not only had had the best proposal and the best gutter guards they also had the least expensive price. Roy,the owner, came out and explained the specifics of their proposal. He was very honest and pleasant to work with.Of course Better Flo Gutters has earned an A+ Better Business Bureau rating.

I just had gutters installed all the way around the house and better flo gutters did an excellent job. Their service was also excellent and what I like most is that they back up their work with a very good warranty. I highly recommend them if you are in need of servicing your gutters or need new ones installed.

Excellent quality, service, and value. I contacted Better Flo (at the recommendation of Lowe’s) about needing to replace one of my downspouts. Roy was helpful and professional. His crew came out and installed a replacement in a timely manner. A+! I never leave reviews but I’m impressed with these guys.

After having a disastrous experience with a
drive-by roofing company who immediately went out of business after doing shoddy work on our roof and gutters, I contacted Roy with Better Flo Gutters to replace the horrible job from the other company. He came out immediately, gave us a VERY fair quote to replace all the gutters. This company was also used by my sister when she had a new roof put on. Their workmanship, attention to detail and overall work ethic is fabulous. I can never say enough good things about them. Workers came early and were completely done by noon! Because of a misunderstanding they installed gutter screening, which we had opted not to get AND when I called Debbie she told me NOT to worry about it. She said we'd had such a bad experience with the previous company they were not worried about us having to pay for the screens! Roy and Debbie, can't thank you enough to have found people who go above and beyond. You were a total blessing!

We used Better Flo for new gutters and downspouts. They priced and installed the same day. Very accommodating as we knew rain was on the way. Roy was very knowledgeable and provided his professional opinions and recommendations, including gutter guards. But never any high pressure sales, which was a high point for us. My wife and I can't thank Better Flow enough. Our front and side yard were experiencing eroding every time it rained before we decided to get gutters installed. They were incredibly helpful and took all of my suggestions into consideration when designing and quoting the install. Within a week and a half of receiving a quote, their crew came by and installed everything in just a few hours. The installers were very professional and worked around the many corners of our house and bay window with ease. When the install was complete, they cleaned everything up just like it looked before they came on site. The minimal concerns we had after the install were addressed the very next day and I can't stress enough how easy the entire process was. The gutters we had installed match our house color perfectly, drain water away without any pooling, and they protect our yard and foundation from anymore erosion.

After having the problem of standing water in areas around our home for several years, I contacted Better Flo Gutters. When the owner, Roy, arrived, we walked around the house, and he explained how the lay of the land contributed to my problem, and how the water would flow and where and where it would pool in certain places. I was amazed not only about his knowledge of the subject but also his ability to make it understandable to someone who knows nothing of the issue. When the crew arrived, they went straight to work like a well-oiled machine. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing and worked efficiently as possible The quote was so reasonable, I had no need to contact anyone else. Roy even went to my next door neighbor to get her permission to move a downspout of her gutter system that was contributing to my issue. The gutters were installed in about a half a day, and that included doing a lot of prep work because of my house’s issues. After working with them, I can honestly say I’ve never had a harder working more dedicated company do work for me than them.
Since then, I recommended them to my parents and they installed gutters for them as well—with the same results as mine. This is a +A company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Provided an honest assessment and was able to breakdown issues and resolutions to the problems I was having with my gutters. Ended up using them to replace my entire gutter system and would absolutely recommend them to others looking to do the same.

Update: Had a contractor come and do some work on the back patio and when they replaced the downspout it was poorly done (putting it kindly). Roy and Better Flo Gutters immediately responded after I reached out and were here the next day to correct the issue. Can't speak highly enough about the customer service and quality of work provided by this small business.

I called Better Flo Gutters on a recommendation from a friend. That was on a Friday. The next day (Saturday) they had a foreman at my house to evaluate the job, see what was required, and provide me with an estimate for gutter cleaning, gutter installation and repair, and installation of leaf guards on all existing and new gutters. From the time that I emailed to accept the estimate and to go forward with the work to the time that a crew was at my house in force was a matter of days. The work was done extremely quickly and professionally. A few days later I reviewed it and noted that there were one or two items that needed to be corrected. The owners had the crew back out that same day to fix things! I highly recommend this company due to their fantastic customer service and the high quality of work that they provide!

Better Flo Gutters was on time and the quality of workmanship was top notch. They installed our 6" Gutters and gutter screens. Also cleaned all of our French drains and even found some French drains we didn't know we had. To say we were impressed is an understatement. Thank you Team Better Flo. I had a major clog in my gutters. I reached out to Better Flo Gutters. They were quick to come out, inspect my issue and received a quote. They educated me that I need gutter guards, especially with having a lot of trees. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. Very professional and cleaned up after repairs.
