N8 came and provided general service maintenance on my AC/heater. He thoroughly explained everything he saw and worked on. He is very nice and friendly tech too!

Extremely impressed by the service and professionalism of 1st Choice. I originally called for a second opinion quote on a two system install, which I thought might take a day or two to schedule, but a tech was dispatched to me within hours. Coby did a great job diagnosing the issues and explaining the problems with my upstairs unit, but ultimately I opted to just replace the 20+ year old equipment. From there, the Comfort Advisor, Bobby, took the time to understand our needs relating to equipment options and thoroughly explained the systems and the install process. The next day, Hector and the awesome install team did a fantastic job, taking great care to protect flooring and damage to walls (my attic space is so narrow, I still can’t comprehend how they did it). Overall, I’m very happy with the entire process. It’s very uncommon to find a company that focuses so much on the customer experience these days, but 1st Choice has nailed it!

N8 was able to quickly come out and repair our busted pipe. He left our plumbing in better condition then the original homebuilders plumbers.

Mathew has fantastic ppl skills, explaed potential issues and was able to provide solutions.
I will recommend this business to my friends and others .

Kellen was the most polite person I have ever had tell me our HVAC is limping along (already knew this) and that we -really- need to replace it. He was polite, kind to the menagerie, and not a disparaging word was heard (other than about the HVAC)

Ist Choice, you have a wonderfull dual in Kellen and N8 ( Nate). They were very courteous in putting covers on their shoes and asking permission to enter every room before hand. They explained everything very well and gave me all of my options. They were well prepared and showed me everything. Thanks for the information about the evaluation.

Service was good but even though Carrier part was under warranty still had to pay $864/- that included 1 year service plan.

We had a wonderful experience with Kellen from 1st Choice. He was prompt, polite, and upfront about everything. I appreciate the extra effort that the company shares a bit about the technician before we even got started. It brings a human connection to an otherwise expensive appointment!

Xavier Sneed and N8 were incredible! They went above and beyond in their duties. They were very thorough in explaining the details of what needed to be done and then the work that was completed. We were shown videos and picture of the work that was done and hours into the job they still had a smile in their face. I willl definitely be requesting to work with them in the future when needed. I can confidently say they are the only AC guys I trust.

Josh, Bobby, Hector and Wesley were all professional and friendly. Josh took the time to explain doing each step of the diagnostic appointment to ensure I understood the repairs needed. Bobby thoroughly explained options to repair versus replace the A/C unit. Hector and Wesley arrived on time, were efficient with the install and made the install stress-free for me.
