Champion Heating and air installed our unit two years ago, Memorial Day weekend our Ac went out, I called champion first thing Tuesday morning and they had a service tech out here within 3 hrs and had our unit up and running again. Wayne was professional and friendly as well as Elijah. Thank you Champion!!

They are very overpriced they don't give you the quote until you ask 5 times will never use this company . A employee came out took a picture of my ac and told me I have to pay him 99 dollars for a service call there was no service.

Criminal robbery. Paid several hundred dollars for diagnostic and repair and absolutely no repair was done. Company refuses refund so that we may chose another company that will actually come out and do the correct repairs. Incompetent and dishonest.

REPAIR REVIEW:
Repair on 2 year old unit. After much unpleasantness took about a week and a half for them to replace the evaporative coil. Worked for about two weeks then it failed again. They refused to repair it this time.
Another company came and inspected it.
It had too much freon which would have destroyed the condensor. They corrected the mistake.
So far so good.
I have no more reason or want to ever deal with this company again.
And I am allowed to post my opinion!

*Contacted them three times by phone and again by email asking for them to tell me where the air filter was so I could change or clean it as the person who answered the phone didn't know. Still waiting!!!

The worst service ever! So unprofessional people! They will do anything not to validate your warranty! They came to check on it and claim there was nothing wrong with the AC maybe to them it’s ok for the unit to run cold air and then switch to heat by itself and never turn off just keeps running from hot to cold 24/7, they want to charge me 150 dollars for them to come back and check it again! Well i should send them my electric bill that ended up been $600 for that month and the invoice of the real tech that came and fixed it

I challenge the validity of this business. They have no clue what customer satisfaction is! If they did, they would be honest with their customers when they conduct a service call regarding a warranty. I would NEVER recommend this business to ANYONE!

This company came out a few weeks ago and replaced the condenser on my air-conditioning unit. Now there is water coming out from where the AC unit is in the hallway of my house, They came back out and said it was a leaking Evaporator coil. We open the cover to the AC unit so that we could catch the water that was dripping to find out the drain pipe Has the middle cut out of it?!?!?! It’s no wonder this is wear it was leaking. I do not trust these people nor will I let them back in my house. They charged my home warranty company over $2200 to replace the condenser.
