Tried to get a quote for an HVAC project we have. I provided a line by line spreadsheet with the image and part number from their catalog along with quantities. Basically exactly what I needed. The salesman I dealt with said he would make adjustments to the sizes of my duct sizes to account for the insulation. I told him I could do that and he said that it is easy for him to do it. He told me the quote would be ready for me on the following Tuesday. I didn't get the quote and asked about it on Wednesday, he told me that he had a big job come in and couldn't get to my quote yet. Thursday evening I got the quote, which was double the cost compared to two other companies that I received quotes from. In addition, the quote I received did not have any of the parts listed. Only a final number. I asked if I could get at least the parts that were in the bid and he said they don't do that and to "trust him" that everything I asked for is in there.
