Steven came out and took care of some issues we were having at a couple of our properties. He also installed a new Honeywell digital thermostat at another one of our properties. He's great, communicates to us what the problems are, the resolution he suggests and and the cost prior to him doing the work. Steven is timely as does great work!

I was very pleased with Mike Reyes. He is A very competent repairman. Came Home and found my house heated up and air was not working. Mike came within an hour. Did the repairs and I’m sleeping under air-conditioning tonight. I’m very happy with his service. Thank you, Mike.

Just before the predicted snow storm of January 2025, my heater went out, I searched for a local service and found Mika Reyes heating and air conditioning. I set up an appointment with Steven Reyes, which he arrived at my home at the committee time. Diagnosed the problem got warranty to cover the failed part, and got my heater fixed. Great job thank you Steven 👍

Mike and his crew checked out an older unit of mine. He explained in real terms why it'd be more beneficial for me and my family to purchase a new system vs wasting money on repairing an old one. He came out the following day and installed a brand new system that works great!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Reyes, and I was thoroughly impressed. I called Mike to give me a quote on a new AC system, he was at my house 2 hours later. The pricing was fair and transparent with no hidden fees or surprises. We went with him after meeting with two other large companies. Mike came out on a Monday and had the AC unit installed and ready to go by Thursday. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of AC services, and will definitely be calling him for any future needs.

Unbelievable service. Thermostat quit working. Steven figured out a way to keep us from having to purchase the $700 replacement thermostat even though Lennox said it could not be done. Saved us a fortune. Mike and Steven are the most professional, courteous, and kind people. 10/10!

Absolutely the best ac servicers. Timely, friendly, and patient. We have worked with them twice now. Our inside unit was acting up and they fixed it quickly. We have a board of cats that were very curious about the work but they were able to work around them. Then our outside unit decided to stop working. They again came back quickly and got us running again. We are so thankful for them. Oh and the best priced in town. Will keep them on my permanent list of people I trust.

I've been using Reyes Heating & Air since 2015 based on a recommendation from a friend. Mike & Steven go above and beyond expectations at a reasonable price. They service my rental properties & my home property. Excellent service @ a fair price! They won't try and upsell you any unnecessary products or services. Integrity & good service is why I continue to use them.

We moved to a new home. Since we have allergies, I wanted the AC ducts cleaned. In receiving several estimates, it became clear that what we really needed was a complete HVAC system! Mr. Reyes was referred by a trusted professional and came the next day. He fully assessed the old system, consulted with me regarding the quality of brands, capacity needed, length of warranty & life span of each, availability of parts in the event of future repair, & generally shared his expertise acquired during 25 years in the business in a relaxed manner. He could tell the move had been stressful and taxing and remained respectful and calm. He was flexible in scheduling the installation and it was accomplished in record time as other workers were installing flooring. The final invoice was actually lower than other estimates, too. All of this happening during the Texas Summer heat! Mike Reyes Services is the company for quality, service, and reliability.

Mike was very nice, helpful, and patient. I live in a newer part of town so my address is hard to find and he was patient when I tried to describe how to get to my house. He was super helpful when showing where I and how I change the air filter to my house. He was very quick and efficient, I would recommend home to everyone.

I own two properties in the Rover Oaks area, both have now been serviced by Mike. My first encounter with this company was when my A/C stopped working on a SATURDAY! Mike came out first thing Sunday morning and got me taken care of. He was knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
