Wow, very pleasant experience with North Tarrant Heat & Air. I wasn’t sure what to expect but their $99 service call fee was reasonable and their customer service was great. From easy next day booking, text appointment confirmations, updates on tech’s ETA, and the tech Benjamin was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

We decided to repair his diagnosis ourselves this time since we’re comfortable with this particular repair and the parts/labor price was 3-4x the part price. Which is a bit pricey, but if anything else comes up I think they’d be worth the $$. I’d definitely call them again & ask for the same tech.

It has been about two months since we used North Tarrant Heating and Air Conditioning. Overall they did a great work. We are very pleased. Justyn replaced the TXV and compressor. He was very professional. Our AC system works great. We will definitely use their services in the future.

Attention!!! The rating you are seeing is real! These guys are a 5 star operation across the board. They are very busy in the summer and might take awhile to get to you but once they are on your job know you are in the best of hands.

Avery was absolutely amazing! He was extremely attentive and respectful, he went above and beyond. He showed and explained the problem in our pipes thoroughly and made sure we were taken care of. We have had him before and will definitely keep requesting him!

From the first day getting a diagnostic scheduled at 12 am sweating in my house, to the consult with the team to pick the right system for my house and the install, everything has been amazing. Very professional, kind, quick and conscientious. Justyn, Brett, Omar and his entire team all did wonderfully and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I have been using North Tarrant Heat and Air since Chris started the company over 10 years ago!! Best stand up honest guys!! Chris and Ben and all his employees are very knowledgeable and do amazing work. We just had a new unit put in. Not only was he the most reasonably priced but also did the best work. Can’t recommend them enough.

I saw these guys service one of my neighbors and so I flagged Andrew down on his way out. Its over 92 degrees outside and he stopped and asked if he could help me. I told him the problem i was having and he took his own personal time to come in , get in the attic and told me the problem. I said " man , if I had some cash I would give it to you " and his response was " no worries , just let me know if you need your problem solved " ... I will be calling on Andrew to come out and fix my issue and any other HVAC issues I have from now on. Nobody in that business does that kind of stuff. Thats true service!

Justyn was professional and knowledgeable he called ahead of time. He was able to fix my AC the same day. I called North Tarrant after another HVAC company said they were booked solid for the weekend. I highly recommend using North Tarrant Heating & AC

Used North Tarrant Heating and AC once again for the annual tune-up. Benjamin was the tech they sent out. He was a great rep for the company. I am still very happy we elected to use this company years ago when we needed a new central air system for our home. They always do a fantastic job and so long as we continue to have great experiences with them there will be no need to use a different company - thanks North Tarrant Heating & AC LLC.

Avery was the technician for our visit today. He showed up right in time and was great. He diagnosed the problem, knew the solution, and took care of the repair. He also conducted a system review of the whole system to ensure everything was working properly. He advised me of all of his actions and kept me up to date as he was conducting his work. The price was fair. We have used this company for the initial install of the system years ago and have been pleased with the service ever since.

From start to finish they were great! Avery came out first and did a great job isolation the issues and fixing the parts on the ac while he was there. He then recommended some other things. We considered the recommendations and then asked for his company to do them. A four man crew came, led by Omar, and they did a wonderful job fixing our complicated attic duct work. It’s only been a day and we feel a huge difference!! Highly recommend and will be using this company again for future issues! The are prompt, professional and have excellent communication.

Wonderful experience. Easy to make an appointment quickly. Avery came out to do a heater inspection for us. He was professional and friendly. His explanations of our system were easy to understand and informative. He recommended some things but no hard selling job which I appreciated! Definitely going to use this local company again.

Once again….North Tarrant Heating and Air did a wonderful job. Chase was on time, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. We absolutely love North Tarrant and ALL their technicians. We have been doing business with them for almost ten years and so have other family members. We have used them for new installations, annual service as well as dryer vent cleaning and would not think about calling anyone else. They are the BEST in their field.

I would highly recommend North Tarrant Heating & AC. Bryan Kelly, who was very professional, started and stayed with the project until complete, incredible at troubleshooting, very knowledgeable, answered every question with honesty and integrity. Justyn Humphrey was also very professional and proved to be very competent in installing a new compressor. The installation was very clean and neat. The system is working as promised. I specifically asked for a maintenance package, there was no upselling. looking forward to the Maintenance visits.

I would recommend North Tarrant Heating & Air did a great job of trying to take care of us and our needs. Bryan did a great job of diagnosing our problem and showing us our options and did not pressure us. The whole company was great to deal with.

So glad we found North Tarrant Heating & Air LLC. Justyn was friendly and so polite while accessing our units. The upstairs had to be replaced after 17 years and Omar & Mario were outstanding. Unit looks better than when house was brand new. Highly recommend and look forward to years of great service!

Our service from North Tarrant Heating & Air Conditioning was excellent. It was easy to reach someone, they were honest about the fact that they don't work on a lot of commercial units. Fit us in same day, and the technician was very knowledgeable and got our unit working! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Our AC and Heat stopped working the other day after another company came out to check on it a few weeks ago. We decided we wanted another company to inspect it again when it started acting up. We chose North Tarrant Heating and Air. Every aspect of the visit and service was exceptional. The service technician Justyn was thorough and knowledgeable. When it was determined that we needed a new system that would be more efficient for our home, the designer Brett came over same day and was also incredibly kind and knowledgeable as well. He answered all questions and explained every step of the design and installation process. Within two days they were back at the house with the installation team lead by Omar. Omar and his team were able to remove the entire rusting system we had in the attic as well as the broken heat pump outside. Everything was installed professionally with new duct work, air return, etc etc. It was clearly evident that they took pride in their work. We now have a new system that is fully functional and more energy efficient and it’s all thanks to North Tarrant Heat and Air.
