Joseph Estrada took my urgent service call on a Saturday afternoon. Joseph was extremely upfront, honest, and friendly the entire time. Upon shopping around for competitive quotes, Joseph worked with his supervisor to package a deal to price match a quote that a competitor provided. Honestly, I could have went either way but I decided to go with Prime Time simply because of how fantastic it was working with Joseph. He earned the sale and I truly appreciate it.

Our downstairs AC went out Monday afternoon, and Prime Time Air Conditioning came through for us in a big way. Joseph came out quickly to diagnose everything, and he was professional and thorough. Angel and JB handled the installation, and these guys worked hard the entire time, making sure everything was done right. The level of customer service from start to finish was top-notch.
