Fantastic service from Tim Gray. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC unit and got a replacement part installed the same day.

Damien completed our A/C maintenance and assisted us by calling the same day , Xavier for his assistance with a new water heater. Damien and Xavier were professional and courteous, and gave us an explanation of the new Water Heater. My appointment was made the same day. The dolly day Brandon Hines the plumber installed my new water heater. Brandon was professional and thorough in in job. All 3 employees were polite, knowledgeable and professional. They worked efficiently to get my home needs done in a timely manner.
Cristopher S was professional and knowledgeable. He was efficient and effective doing his job. He arrived in a timely manner on a Sunday. He explained the issue with my unit in layman’s terms. He did a great job. Cristopher is an asset to Stark.

I had a great experience with my tech, Jason! I worked with him across two appointments, and he was fantastic throughout the process. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my system and recognized that it had been an ongoing problem. Instead of applying a quick fix, Jason took the time to implement a long-term solution.

Although he didn’t have the necessary parts during the first visit, he made sure to follow up and got me back on the schedule promptly—talk about excellent customer service! I moved into my father's house after he passed and the heat and AC did not work. I came from out of state and had NO idea who to call here in Texas!! So... of course I went online and checked companies and their reviews! When I came to Stark Services, one review stood out and caught my eye. Someone reported 5 stars and thanked a Lance & Jose for being super honest. That is what I was looking for! I called immediately and was happy when guess who knocked on my door? THE very same Lance & Jose in the review I had read about! I am happy to say that review was 100% accurate! Lance & Jose were both up front, no bs and friendly. I ended up needing a new system and luckily they have an awesome no-brainer leasing program. I can't recommend them enough! Looking forward to using my new AC and Heating unit this year!!!
