From start to finish, I can’t express how impressed I was with their customer service and business ethic. I felt well taken care of from the first point of contact. I spoke to Brittany, who scheduled my service appointment. She was professional and helpful. She worked with my schedule to get an appointment set up in a timely manner. She also called to follow up post installation, to make sure I was satisfied.

I met with Robbie, and he was awesome. He was honest with his assessment and broke down what needed to be done. He helped me decide what was best suited, for my heating and cooling needs without any sales pressure. Robbie broke-down the cost levels of all the units, and any discounts and tax credits available. He helped to remedy my issue until my unit was installed. Which I was thankful for those free extra days!

Jeremy, the owner was great! He showed up first thing in the morning to answer any questions or concerns I had. He returned at the end of installation and spent time checking that everything was in perfect working condition, even though it was after hours. He wasn’t in a rush to leave, and made sure that there was nothing left for uncertainty.

Angel and Pablo were concise, respectful of my home, and professional with the whole installation, given the weather was cold and rainy. I couldn’t be more impressed with Stricklands, and would recommend them to everyone.

Buying a new AC can be a painful expense, but in the end, I trusted them implicitly, and was happy to choose them in the end. They made it a painless process. I am very satisfied with my experience, and that says a lot, because I am sometimes hard to impress.

Great service! Duncan came in and fixed the issues that another company could not/did not correctly fix.

I can't say enough about how professional, courteous, timely, and helpful Strickland Heating and Cooling is!! Jeremy, was super communicative throughout our whole installation process. He provided his expertise on how to run our new heat pump unit, thermostat placement, and vent position. The difference in the air quality was felt instantly, as soon as the unit kicked on. Pablo and Angel worked diligently and professionally, and respectively on the install all day. They were very kind and professional!! Robbie, was our point of contact and very helpful. If you are looking for a reliable and professional company, they are it, hands down, the best! I had the choice of getting an engagement ring or a new, desperately needed, upgraded AC, the AC won, and I am happy with my decision!

Robby came out and was able to get my furnace running right as this first cold spell hit. We discussed repair / replace options down the line as it’s a 20yr old unit.

Robby Dollar was beyond exceptional. He shows great pride & professionalism for his work and his company. Robby had excellent listening skills and understood what I needed. I highly recommend Strickland! Customer service was outstanding! Britany was so friendly when I set up my appointment to service my AC and my technician, Robbie, was so knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was going to inspect and explained how I could improve the efficiency of my AC without pressuring me to upgrade. I definitely have made Strickland and Robbie my go to for heating and air. Plus their price is very reasonable!

Tech Joe did an excellent job diagnosing my system. Very knowledgeable and informative of multiple options to get my system taken care of.

Outstanding service as usual. My tech found a couple of issues and I thought he would need to rescheduled. No he fixed them on the spot. Awesome job.

Very pleased with our service and new system. Jeremy and his team were professional and quick. I called for service on Friday. He came the same day and fixed us up for the weekend. Our new AC was installed working on Monday. Jeremy answered all our questions and gave us several options to fix/upgrade our AC. I highly recommend!!!

My central heat stopped working and I called Strickland Heating and AC . Rafael and Joe came to my home and fixed the issue and we have heat. Very nice professional men. Thank you.

Strickland Heating and Air is the ipepitome of excellent customer service. Jeremy and Austin were very informative with all aspects.
We had an older HVAC unit that was on it's last leg as we were told last summer that it would be a miracle if it was still operational in a year.
We contacted Strickland and we are very glad we did.
If you have a sick HVAC, they will take care of it.
