They are amazing I needed someone asap and within 30 min they went to the property and did an amazing job very fast, reliable, and give quality work

Jeff was awesome to work with! We stumbled upon him by chance because our home warranty company dispatched him. We truly won the lottery that he was the one to come out! Instead of coming out on scheduled appointment which was 2 days away he was able to come out immediately. Was very honest and upfront with our issues, options and then quick with the repair. Will be hanging on to his number for the next issue!

Jeff and his team has provided exceptional service to me and my family for years now. They really are available at any time, any weather and can guarantee to get the job done. From the most simple to the most complex job, they are the ones to call!

Texan Heating responded to my AC service needs the next morning. The technician was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my problem. Additional work is needed to replace my 23 year old condenser. I will follow-up in a few days on the replacement work.

They responded the same day I reached out for A/C service. The tech arrived ahead, not behind of schedule and went right to work fixing the issue in a matter of minutes, faster than I could find my checkbook to pay the home warranty copay. Our home warranty company chose Texas Heating and Air and this company did not disappoint. I turned in a claim at 11pm Sunday night and was scheduled the next morning with Zeke. They have a great system that updates you on appt times, who's coming and when. Zeke was on time, courteous, thorough, and great during the consultation. After he leaves, I get a call from Jeff, the owner explaining the next steps and what to expect from their company and the warranty company. The following day, our system was ordered and on it's way. Within a few short days our appt was scheduled for Installation with Zeke. He is great and so patient when walking thru the new systems' details and installing the new smart thermostat. Overall experience was great and I'm happy with Jeff and Zeke. Great Company!

We were buying a new home and immediately noticed the AC was not keeping up and not cooling. Zeke came out and addressed the problem, which was a fairly simple one, but he stayed to do a good check of air flow, temp, and Freon levels. One of our central air units stopped cooling, so we submitted a claim through our home warranty. Less than 24 hours later Texan Heating and Air came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and explained what other options were available for future issues. Their representative was courteous, knowledgeable and patient enough to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their heating or air systems.

Arrived as scheduled, professional, follow up was great!! I have to come back and add to this review. Jeff came out, checked my old unit out was on time and very professional. He informed I had to have an entire new unit. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and let me know exactly when work would be done. I have heard horror stories about the wait when replacing unit during hot summer months. The new unit arrived as he advised and Zeke showed up exactly when scheduled. He installed a complete unit ( in attic and outside) in timeframe I was quoted. I could not be more satisfied. The system I have now is awesome and the service I received was unbelievable!!!! This company has my recommendation and I will use them from now on!!!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Jeff. I called this morning after apparently not getting the correct information 2 days ago from another company because the AC still wasn’t blowing cool air. He came out and immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He was prompt and communicated thoroughly what our AC issue was. We are COOL…… LITERALLY🤩!! We will definitely reach out again should we need service for our AC.

Excellent service!!! They showed up on time, fixed the problem and were fair on price. Best of all, they didn’t try selling me a $5k unit, they actually repaired a wire, my house is already cooling down. I appreciate their honesty and will definitely use them in the future.

We recently had an issue with our AC unit! It was a stressful situation since we are in the middle of summer! Texas Heat is no joke, my husband contacted Texas Heat and Air in hopes of getting our AC fixed! They were able to come in same day address and fix the problem! It was a great experience. I had never used Texan Heating & Air before but they still managed to get me worked in.The tech was Zeke. He was professional, courteous, and identified my problem pretty quickly. I appreciated them coming out and solving my issue as quick as they did. They kept me updated as to when they would be able to come.

My technician Jeff was professional and quick to repair my AC problem. He was fast to respond and worked with my schedule to come by early the next day as his first call of the day. I would definitely use this company again for my AC repairs.

Used them a couple of times over the years. Straight up, trust worthy and no hassle. Showed up next day early morning. Tightened a loose wire on my outside unit and sysyem went right back to working. Paid the inspection fee, no problem. I could of gotten duped but Jeff was legit. Keep up the great work guys!

Quick response, professional service, reasonably priced. Most importantly of all they were honest. When I called back to ask for additional preventative servicing of my AC system, instead of taking me up on it and charging me more money, they were honest and told me they had already checked those things when they had come out before so what I was asking for was unnecessary. They definitely earned my future business!
