Had a terrible experience with Tony. Was very rude.

Called Texas Air Systems based on them being listed on the mfg site as a recommended contractor. Spoke with the boiler technician who very clearly knows his stuff. He came out a week or so later. 3 weeks after his visit and we're still waiting on a quote for the repair work (about a $10k job). We emailed -- no reply; after a few days, called and left a message -- no reply; after another few days, called again and were assured someone would be in touch shortly -- nothing; called AGAIN and were told a salesperson assigned to our account would be in contact that day -- you guessed it . . . no reply.
The cost for them to come out and quote was over $500. I worked really hard to be their customer but got nowhere.
