Called on a Thursday night after hours after we realized our A/C was not working properly. He arrived promptly and was able to fix the problem within 30 mins. Reasonably priced. Friendly and honest. Highly recommend.

Recently called about fixing my AC, Jason came out and was able to fix for much cheaper than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend West-O-Plex for anyone needing an AC serviced or replaced.

I called Westoplex for a second opinion bc the first company was going to charge me $1600. Mark came out same day and had it fix in no time at all. It ended up only costing me $325. I highly recommend Mark and Westoplex!

I called West-O-Plex AC & Heating out of desperation. It was late on a HOT Friday evening and our AC was not cooling. He was responsive and had us back up and cooling quickly. He was more than fair on the price. This is now our "Go-TO Guy for AC work !

OMG came home after work and a/c not working. Called a/c company I have service agreement with, but no response. Was 6:30pm and 105 degrees - I googled after hours a/c repair, and found West-O-Plex. Called and Jason answered immediately. Was at my house in 30 min and quickly found the problem, fixed it, and up and running again in less than an hour. Jason explained problem in detail and didn't remotely try to upsell or mislead me in any way. Thank god there are still honest technicians and companies out there!!

We needed our air condition serviced so we called in the morning to schedule someone to come look at it. Jason came out the same day and took care of everything for us. Fast, friendly, and professional service.

Jason communicated with me the entire time to provide ETA. He was very busy as you can imagine in July, but was very courteous and communicated with me when he would get there. Found the issue quickly and resolved it as soon as possible. Would recommend.

I needed a complete AC redo. Not only did they do it properly, half of my house vents were in floor other half was in ceiling which was a problem trying to have air go from 1 side of house to the other, so they fixed it correctly moving all vents to the ceiling (which I prefer). I'm pretty sure my electric bill will be much better this summer. If you need AC/Heating work and you call anyone else hopefully you get lucky, if you want to know it's done right at a fair price call these guys.

West o plex an awesome company! Technician Jason was very helpful and informative about my A/C unit and what was wrong with it. He checked the voltage on my unit and found some low points and some bad wiring. My overall experience I would say I highly recommend for a reliable fix.

I can't tell you enough how great their service was! I had an issue with my HVAC system and Jason came and had the issue fixed within 20 minutes! Jasons customer service was above and beyond! I will definitely be using West-O-Plex Air for all future issues or needs!

Had some issues with our A/C and called west-O-plex. Mark was very polite and made what I thought a stressful situation into feeling a lot better. He said he could come by within 2 hours. Great People, Great Service, Great Price. Jason is a true professional and expert. After troubleshooting our failing Air Conditioner, he quickly identied the problem. He explained the problem in detail providing pictures to visually illustrate why system had failed. Pointing out the safety risks left by another AC technician a few years back. Jason also put forth much effort to find required parts for our aging AC system. Local vendors did not have the part; however, eventually found a vendor in Carrollton. Jason kept me informed throughout entire process. Phenomenal service by Jason. Overall, the entire staff was courteous, professional and timely in repairing our AC. Highly recommend their services. I had to make an emergency call after 6 on Easter Eve -- the compressor was out. I didn't think I'd be able to find anyone. Called and Jason was out in less than half-an-hour, figured out the problem and had us up and going in no time. Nice guy, honest, and very reasonable service! Thank you again!
