I signed up for Berkey's MVP annual inspection program and am glad I did. Their technicians are knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and do an excellent job overall. They have helped me multiple times to stay ahead of small problems before they turn into big ones. And it's not about the money. For a few minor issues, they provided an estimate to fix them, which is always fairly priced, and also explained how I could handle some myself to save a little money. This is what I appreciate about an organization and what keeps me coming back. For big or small issues, I will always trust that Berkey's is doing the right thing, and I will turn to them for any problems I have.

Zach Arzola was very courteous. Let me know after my HVAC maintenance some issues he saw and let me know the pros and cons of not taking care of it. Will always use them. Amazing techs with tons of knowledge.

We needed an outlet put in for an alarm system and Berkey's was able to assist with a technician the same day!! We couldn't be happier! There was also a coupon online that we were able to use towards the service! Austin S did a great job and we highly recommend Berkeys!!

Kevin, out technician, did a wonderful job flushing our tankless water heater and rebuilding our upstairs toilet. I was very impressed with his explaining what our issues were and explaining the repair process. I am typically skeptical of these types of services and repairs but Kevin explained and showed us the issues and I felt very comfortable of the need for the repair and the job that was done afterward. Great job Keven!

Great experience with Berkeys, they came quickly and fixed the outdoor leak. Matthew is an outstanding technician, he made the repairs and we were back to enjoying our evening.

Josue was absolutely wonderful. He was quick, informative and very helpful. From the time I called Berkey's to the completion of the task was less than 10 hours. I am very happy that I chose the vsp program to ensure my Plumbing and electrical needs.

My wife and I decided to have everything knocked out all at once, so we scheduled our electrical inspection, plumbing inspection, and HVAC inspection all in the same day. Each technician arrived on time, was courteous and helpful, and communicated well and answered all the questions that we had. We were especially impressed and thankful for Bryan Garcia, who went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us with electrical repairs and installations. He did an AMAZING job, and are thankful for his service. :)

Benjamin and his assistant were able to help me very well. They were able to solve the problem of my shower not able to shut off. I was so very appreciative of their work. The two gentleman were very polite and explained what they were doing. They were great!

Simone was extremely informative and professional. He provided very good information and guidance for us to get best usage for the HVAC SYSTEM. Will request him always.

Grateful for Berkeys' swift 24/7 plumbing service! Thank you to Victoria for answering the phone last Sunday and to Angel for his expertise and workmanship Sunday and Monday in replacing my mother's 13-year old kitchen faucet that sprung a major leak during her holiday party. Appreciated his guidance on what faucet to get from Lowe's and his return the next day for the quick installation!

We had Berkey’s here for the first time today. Very impressed with their whole company. From the first phone call , we were so impressed! We actually got to speak with a human!!! Adrianna was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Eric was the tech who arrived promptly and did a great job! He was also very professional and knowledgeable. Eric was wonderful. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. Quoted all work before he preformed the tasks. He really showed he knowledge of plumbing work. Kept the work areas clean as he went. We would recommend him anytime to anyone. Real nice guy also.

My technician Chris Kohr was amazing! So friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He fixed the issue quickly, and gave me advice and guidance on some other electrical concerns I had. They fit me in at the last minute, and the pricing was very reasonable, as well. Berkeys definitely has a new customer, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Eriq was very patient, informative and efficient. He documented and explained all his work, including the reasons it should be done. Not once did we fee pressured into additional services, and he even recommended on waiting for a couple of things because the components were working well although technically past end of life.

I have been using Berkey's for 20+ years. In my experience, they are good with communication, technicians are prompt and keep the homeowner informed, they are respectful of property, and are responsive to questions. I really like the summaries with photos provided after service. Repairs are not the cheapest, but in my limited experience with other HVAC companies, they are on par. I have actually escalated a few estimates and managers have always been willing to talk to me. They always offer additional services based on their observations (upsell), I understand they are in business to make money, but they have never been pushy or demeaning - which would make me a former customer quickly. Most customers (myself included) feel "vulnerable" when it comes to HVAC and I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of by Berkey's. I am glad they are there if a problem arises.

Bryan at Berkeys has come to do electrical work for me 3 times and I have had nothing but good service. He was kind and thorough and efficient.
I will continue to use Berkeys as long as this excellent service continues. I would recommend Berkeys to anyone looking for an electrician.

The company was great and charge a reasonable price. The service technician, Michael Hardin was very knowledgeable about his job. He shared information and explained all the procedures. He jump right to the job and told me that 99% of the time it was outside problem. He had all the equipment needed and completed the job rather quickly. Thanks, Berkeley’s and Michael Hardin.

I had Berkey's come out nearly 3 years ago and install a tankless gas water heater. Was a great decision and we've not had any issues with it over this period of time. Endless hot water is great! If there are any negatives about such a product, it's that you might now be inclined to take longer showers, which will lead to more water usage. But for us, the tradeoff was easily worth it. It was great decision!

Previous to the unit Berkey's sold and installed for us, we had an electric water heater. Unless you have a tiny house, stay away from the electric versions, they will not be able to keep up. Additionally, it was always tripping at the electrical box, and especially during in the winter.

Berkey's took care of the entire process for us. They ran a new gas line, and had Atmos come out and place a larger gas meter at the house. The entire experience was great! Additionally, when we bought ours, they had a 0% financing offer if paid in full within 5 years. We are now 43 months down out of 60.

More recently, we had them come out to replace the plumbing guts inside of our Toto brand toilets. The problem I was having was that nothing I seemed to buy (from big box retailers, or Amazon) would work for very long before experiencing the same issue again. Tired of messing with it all, I finally just called Berkey's. No problem with the toilet since.

Berkey's is now my first call for any electrical or plumbing issues. A very well run company with great employees! We are closest to their Southlake TX office. We have been extremely happy with them.

I had a new light fixture installed and was aware of a short in another location relatively close to the light fixture. Mr. Zavala found loose connections behind the switch plate and repaired them. He also checked my breaker box and noticed other things that were outdated. I am very happy with his work & would request him again.
