Showed up at 5am to avoid traffic. Waited at demolished (advanced foam) warehouse near lot. Receiving office is the building behind it. Back in from street.

Called Moore Supply to get help with a part that Rheem refused to replace, ended up speaking with and receiving help from Donald L. He not only ordered the part I needed but he also gave me referrals for trusted plumbers in my area. Even followed up to make sure I had everything I needed. I'll be buying direct parts from Moore for any future plumbing needs I may have.

It was recommended to me (by Home Depot personnel) that I go here for a rare (old) shower stem. Unfortunately, I was informed once I got here that they are not really a parts store. They were friendly and helpful in that they gave me a couple of places to try. For that, I say, "Thank you".

I had a water heater warranty through Moore Supply, and while I wasn’t able to use it (my own fault!!) the employees were so professional and courteous! I believe it was Dylan that I spoke to over the phone, he answered my questions thoroughly.

The people at Moore are amazing and super helpful. I am not a plumber but decided to tackle a decently sized home plumbing project and they have made me a loyal customer. The prices are better than big box stores as well. Big thanks to Amy, Donald, and Griffin for their help!

Good service they got me in and out fairly quickly.

Had to ask 2 different people to help us. I guess you are too busy to help people at the counter.
Then after 20 minutes to be told you don't have 3x2 sanitary tees?
Wow .
This isn't the first time we have got really bad service. It will be the last.
