Workers arrived when they said they would. They were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that may have plumbing issues.

Justin came and took care of our water heater. The quote came in lower than 3 other service providers. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and quick! Will be reaching out again for other services as we get settled in our new home!

I had a holiday disaster but NTPS came to the rescue! Below freezing temps caused a water line to bust in my kitchen. Couldn't get the water to shut off on my side of the meter and the other shutoff was buried somewhere in the box. Justin came out and got me fixed up quickly and then came and finished up the job and I got him to replace another outside faucet while he was at it. Justin was quick with his response to my phone calls and has great communication. Will have a customer for life!

We have used NTPS on numerous occasions for both simple and complex plumbing issues. Each time the work has been flawlessly completed and in a timely manner. In addition - and maybe most importantly - Justin is a person of high character and is a pleasure to be around. We recommend NTPS with a high degree of confidence.

I rarely leave reviews but can’t rave enough about my recent experience! NTPS was reasonably priced and extremely thorough (yet efficient) with running new lines throughout our 45+ year old home. In the contractor world it’s not common to deal with the same person, much less from first call through post-repairs. When Justin called the morning of the project to let me know he wasn’t far behind Jody, I was surprised. When he climbed into the attic to help with running the lines in the walls, when Jody made neat cuts to avoid unnecessary damage and when each tried to clean up as the project progressed, I was impressed. When Justin sent our report sooner than expected and even answered his phone on a Sunday after the project had already been completed, I was made confident that I picked the right crew to do business with. Although I hope it’s no time soon, NTPS will be my first call the next time I need plumbing experts.

Have had a rather difficult time getting plumbers to come out and give a quote for basic home plumbing projects. If they did show up, faced with some very serious dollar amounts.

They came out the very next day, arrived when they said they would. Found the problem, quoted and had it fixed inside 60 mins and I'm talking a very tight crawlspace situation.

NTPS is top notch! Justin was quick to respond, came out to our property the next day and took care of us in such an honest and affordable way. We had another plumbing company come out and charge DOUBLE what Justin charged for a pressure test and slab leak detection. They ultimately didn’t even finish the job, saying that they would have to come back and put in a new clean out for $1200 to finish the test. Justin came out, said we didn’t need the extra work and completed the pressure test and leak detection test for half the initial fee of the other company. Justin is professional, courteous and a great communicator. We have several large plumbing projects coming up and will trust him with all of our future plumbing needs!

Justin is an excellent, professional he holds so much knowledge and passion for his profession. He is prompt, and very kind. I would recommend him and his company for a 10 out of 10. Hands down the best plumbing service around!

Just had NTPS install a water heater. Justin is awesome and he had the heater changed out within 24 hours of first contact! This is especially helpful when you are 1,100 miles away from home and your wife has no hot water 😂. Thx again Justin!

Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the technician that came out, but he was fantastic. In and out in a hurry, and took care of getting our shower back up and running. Justin was great with keeping us updated on ETA, and working with us to get everything taken care of

Highly recommend for your plumbing needs

Justin was timely, professional, and efficient when he changed out two water heaters and replaced an outdoor faucet for me. The cost was over 25% less than one competitor and almost 50% less than another. Don’t waste your time with any other outfit. Call these nice folks now. Oops, I almost forgot... They answered the phone!

It is the norm for Justin to respond in a timely way, send a confirmation of the appointment, text when he's en route and arrive when promised. From my observation, Justin is clearly an expert in his field and in customer service. It's good that he explains everything, treating me with kindness and respect. I consider myself blessed to have this connection available when things in my plumbing world goes sideways.

Justin took great care of us. Called him in emergency on Thursday afternoon needed hot water for tenants. He was there in 2 hours and got job done sooner than I expected. Communication was great. And price was fair. Will use him on all homes in the future.
