Owner walked me through how to turn on my water heater over the phone for about 15 minutes. Didn’t ask to be paid. He wasn’t able to send a tech out because of it being the end of the day. Super friendly and helpful guy!

Worked with this company for years. They know what to do when others don't.

Joe came out last night (Friday night) and fixed a complicated repair. It actually started sprinkling for a minute but he assured me that even if he couldn't get the repairs completed then, he would have a temporary solution to get my house water for me and my kiddo. Luckily the rain held off and he was able to finish the repair before the storm came. Great service. Highly recommended.

$150 to come out and tell my wife that our water heater gas line was a little loose. Not only that but in needing to fill up their bucket they over tightened the spray nozzel on my water hose (instead of checking to see if maybe the oring or grommet was missing) apparently tighter is better, in doing so they broke the copper fitting on the end of my garden hose. It's a bummer but 🤷🏽 at least I guess they tightened the gas line.

First time we used them 11 years ago we were very satisfied with the service. We had them come out to look at our hot water heater. They gave us two options that they said would fix the problem. We chose one option that was a little less expensive, and it did absolutely nothing. Now we're not able to get any of that money back or credit toward the second option.

I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company.
I called them out to clear a grease blockage in my kitchen drain. On the first visit, they were unable to clear the clog but still charged me $135 in cash.
They returned and said they needed to run a camera to locate the blockage and check for any serious issues. After the camera inspection, they claimed they still couldn’t see anything clearly and said the next step would be hydro-jetting
for an additional $600.
One of their supervising plumbers later evaluated the situation and told me there might be severe structural damage to the pipe and that it would need to be dug up and repaired, potentially costing several thousand dollars.
At that point, my landlord sent his own plumber for a second opinion. That plumber cleared the grease plug in approximately 20 minutes and charged $140 total. There was no structural damage and no need for excavation.
In total, I paid this company $135 in cash and an additional $350 for services that did not resolve the issue. After the problem was fixed by another plumber, I requested a partial refund for the unresolved work. I never received a return call.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. -
I really really really really really wanted to give this company a five-star review. First off I have to say the gentleman Lawrence that came who apparently was an apprentice was very kind and friendly. However the second guy who refused to give me his name why is he from the secret Service or something. He obviously was maybe one of the owners and they were sent here by the city of Fort Worth because I am in a conflict with the city over being responsible for a faulty installation of a water meter. Whereas, this company was called to do the repair. The repair wasn't done as it was supposed to be done. I didn't say anything about that. Then they utilized water faucets that I advise them upon their arrival not to use to use the one closer to them on the side of the house which I would open for them. I then showed them the faucet that they were to use. Of course they used the incorrect faucet and then left it dripping as I knew it would. Then when I went out to tell the heavy set rude jerk that did most of the work that I will provide a picture of I thanked him for coming out and told him what a process it was that it had been to get him out he said well why are we talking about that it's all done and gone and I said is there any reason that you're being rude I was just letting you know that I was appreciative that you were here because it took an act of Congress to get you guys here. I asked their names and immediately the African American gentlemen stated his name was Lawrence and then I asked the heavyset Latino male what his name was three times and he said no and finally pointed at the truck and said call the company they will tell you! I assume he's one of the owners or a family member or he would never conduct himself like that. Again what a jerk. I'm using that word because I don't want to use profanity in any of my reviews as it doesn't make the point. I also asked them on their arrival if they did other plumbing things that I needed because I would like to hire them separately again the guy with the dry sense of personality stated call the company. Just straight up rude. I highly advise you unless you have nerves of steel and like to be talked to like an idiot then I would not utilize this company. This person got paid and this company got paid for them to come and do the job. Part of customer service is talking to people that are the homeowners whereas you are working in their front yard. If that's a problem for you you're in the wrong business. It is always puzzled me that these vendor type workers that have a trade are good at the trade most of the time but have absolutely zero personality and customer service skills. I just wish I could find one that had a little of both. In the meantime I've already left a message on their voicemail letting them know how I feel and how they should treat customers especially when they're being paid to perform a job. Unless I was using profanity or causing him to not be able to perform his job then what was up his beef?
