I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Royal Flush Plumbing company! Desmond, co-owner and Master Plumber was on time, professional, and concerned about keeping our home clean. He is smart, knows his business and was eager to solve our plumbing problem. The plumber we consulted initially was ready to dig under our house. Desmond tried another approach and it worked beautifully. I'll be calling Royal Flush first next time and always!!! You should too!!!

I was referred to Royal Flush by a friend. Desmond is amazing. He’s courteous, prompt, responsive and does great work. His team is professional and efficient. Richard is also very good. I will call Royal Flush for all of my plumbing needs and have recommended them to a few friends already.

I had 2 plumbers out prior to calling Desmond. Neither if these plumbers could find the leak despite a thorough investigation of my home and lawn. I got Desmond's name from my irrigation guy who had other customers who had used Desmond and were very satisfiedwith his work. Long story short, Desmond arrived quickly after my call and within 5 minutes located the leak. His crew arrived the next morning right on time and the water line to my home was fixed within a few hours. They were very professional and efficient. He and Mark were excellent and oversaw the work to make sure it was done right. Their crew carefully removed the sod and replaced it so my lawn wasn't left a mess despite all the trenches and digging. They even watered the sod after replacing it. They cleaned the patio and moved my patio furniture and flower pots back where they were. The job site was clean and neat after they left. Their price was reasonable for all the work required to do this main water line repair. I highly recommend he and Mark for any plumbing. They are honest, reliable and professional. A hard combination to find these days!

We have used Royal Flush for several items thought out the house for several years. Desmond has always been very professional along with his response to any issue that may accrue. The cost for their services are very reasonable and their warranty in regards to other company’s out there. We highly recommend Royal Flush.

Desmond and his team of professional workers did a really good job. They showed up on time and were very polite and knowledgeable about the entire process.. we really appreciated their communication during the process. They were also very clean and we appreciated that as well.

We had a hot water line break in a house built in 1972.

Desmond came on the same day I called him and his crew came on Wednesday the following day. Both of his crew were very professional and so nice. They answered my questions in detail when I asked them.

We had 6 hot water lines that had to be replaced and routed into the attic so we would not have any more issues with line breaks because of house settling.
Desmond gave me a fair price for all the work they had to do and some of it was not anticipated.

This will be my go to plumbers going forward. Thank you Royal Flush!

Royal Flush Plumbing has been our plumber of choice for many years! They are very responsive, competitive in price, professional, always on time etc. I highly recommend this company…you won’t be disappointed! My technician today was Richard who did an outstanding job! They are all spot on from the person who answers the phone to the technician to the owner!!! 5 star company. I want to thank Christy also-I made several calls and she stuck with me till I was ready. She is very friendly and helpful. If you have a plumbing problem, this company is the company to call!

Desmond was amazing! He’s courteous, very professional, always on time, honest and efficient. We got fresh water leak in our living room which gave us a headache for a week until a relative recommended Desmond. He came, gave us a very fair quote, and got everything fixed quickly. Garrett came over to evaluate our water leakage problem , he explained well what he was going to do and informed us periodically what was going on. He was courteous and professional. One issue was fixed but need to wait few weeks to evaluate other issue. We w I’ll use them again

Christian was awesome-quick and efficient! I have been a Royal Flush customer for probably at least five or more years and I’ve Always been pleased with how quickly they respond and the quality of work they do plus their rates are very good compared to other companies.

Desmond and The whole Royal Flush Team was outstanding. They were on time and very attentive. The knowledge that was share from the slab link was very comforting. I appreciate the honesty the most. I have had a problematic issue with a bathroom drain. I called Royal Flush Plumbing. The receptionist was so polite and helpful. They came out within 3 hours. Richard the plumber came in. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. My drain issue was resolved quickly. I will definitely used them in the future. They were reasonably priced.

Garrett and his team did a fantastic job getting my plumbing uo and running again. They were very knowledgeable and more than willing to explain everything that was going on. 5 stars!

There are no words! Desmond called me right back and set the appointment for the next day after we received nothing but no’s from countless other plumbers.

He let us know approximately what time he would be here and called when he was in route.

Desmond came in and did his thing! He had us up in running in an hour after being without water since Friday morning.

I highly recommend Desmond for his promptness, professionalism and awesome work!

Desmond did such a great job! Our pipes busted in the winter storm. Desmond fixed our leaks and got our water back on. His prices were reasonable, he communicated when he expected to arrive and he did a great job. I have already referred 2 friends to him. Exceeded expectations! Christian was a delight. Professional, efficient and a great problem solver. I was dreading the process to make various repairs to three bathrooms and they came in with a great estimate and then worked through a new issue while trying to save me money in the process. I highly recommend.

I am new to a Fort Worth so a friend of my Uncle recommended Royal Flush to me and specifically mentioned Desmond. I called Desmond and he came by promptly to my home to give an estimate on bathroom repairs, and recommend someone for the remodel that is needed. At the time I forgot to mention an outside faucet that needed repair, he reached out to one of his technician and within and hour the technician was here!
