Pulliam Pools just completed our pool and every thing turned out great. Michael Hernandez worked with on the design. Tyson Vaughan led the pool project build for Pulliam and he was great to work with.

Overall, we had a very good experience with Pulliam. This was our second pool with them. We wanted their experience and business stability. We worked with the same designer, Mike, to get a pool suitable for our needs, our smaller yard and our budget. The project manager, Tyson, was absolutely great, working to keep our pool phases running before schedule and easy/accessible to communicate with. Both Mike and Tyson were so mindful to keep disruption to our property minimal. After ‘pool school’ with Grant, the turnover to the final phases was a little fuzzy for us, about who does what, to wrap up; however, Tyson made connections for us. We’re now lined up to have the sprinkler system restored. Our pool and spa are lovely!

Zac does an excellent job keeping our pool sparkling clean, even with all the oak trees around our yard constantly dropping leaves and debris. It’s not an easy task, but he’s consistent, reliable, and takes pride in his work. We really appreciate the care and attention he puts into keeping our pool in great shape all year long.

We bought a house almost 25 years ago which came with a 20,000+ gallon vinyl pool.
We had issues almost all of those 25 years. Ripped liner, leaks, equipment issues, etc.
Back in November we contracted with Pulliam after meeting with several different pool companies for quotes to turn it from a diving pool into a gunite play pool. We went with around 15,000 gallon pool with benches, led lights, etc.
The final steps completed yesterday and we couldn't be happier.
I told them from day 1 that my take away as a 20+ year pool owner is that I tell people don't get/build a pool.
This remodel by Pulliam gives me reason to tell people to go with a pool that is gunite or to build one with Pulliam.
Very satisfied.

They not only built a great pool for us but replaced all the equipment and electrical (that was out of code). They also built drainage into the pool/deck that actually helped our drainage issues in our yard.

Have used Pulliam weekly service for several weeks the last 2 years while on vacation. They did in outstanding job and Marilyn in particular. She handled the weekly maintenance for the last 4 weeks and did a very thourough and complete job. Pool never looked better!

Pullium pools did an outstanding job on our pool! There is never a perfect project, and there are always a ton of moving parts and frustrations. Pullium bent over backwards to help us get as close to perfect as possible! I am elated with the result, and so glad we chose Pullium! I wouldn’t recommend any other pool company! Johnathon has taken care of my pool for 2 years now. Had a couple companies do it before and had a hard time keeping it clean and clear with it being so big and old. Since he started servicing everything has been perfect. He comes with a smile on his face, answers all my questions without hesitation, greets my dog, and always helps where he can. Highly recommend! We had a great experience from beginning to end with Pulliam. I researched and received quotes on our plans. Michael with Pulliam came out, he had did all his homework on our property. His knowledge, expertise and visuals blew others out the water. We felt very comfortable with our decision! Once signed and started, we worked with Tyson and he was so thorough and attentive at keeping us up to date with all crews schedules. The crews were all very meticulous about the work they did. The partnership they have with Pulliam shines and you can see it! We are now getting ready for our first full summer with our new backyard oasis and could not be happier!

Pulliam built my pool 25 years ago. I had a different company refurbish my pool last year. What a nightmare for using a cheaper company. Pulliam pools really is the number one top quality pool service provider. Marvin does a fabulous job cleaning my pool weekly. Kale came today and pointed out numerous things the substandard pool company did last year (the reason I had to get Kale out for an assessment). I should have had Pulliam do the job last year. Thank you Kale and Marvin!!

I can't say enough about the people at Pulliam. From the sales and design phase where Carl helped me to build a fence to contain animals to the installation phase where Tyson Vaughn walked us through the process it was easy. Tyson was both friendly and thorough finding problems with the build that I would have never known to look for. Even following installation Tyson was still willing to answer the phone and walk me through minor issues. I would like to thank the entire team.

Working with Pulliam Pools was an amazing experience from start to finish. Mike Hatfield took the time to understand our vision and provided insightful suggestions during the design process. The planning phase was smooth and quick, while keeping us well-informed every step of the way.

During construction, Andre and his team worked efficiently while making sure no detail was missed. He was prompt in addressing any concerns or questions we had along the way as well.

Grant has also gone above and beyond at answering any and every question we had after the pool was completed. Being first time pool owners, we had many questions regarding pool maintenance that he quickly addressed.

Pulliam built our pool last year, and I’ve been using them for service. Kevin designed a gorgeous pool and our superintendent , Tyson was top notch. They’re prompt and polite and have kept our backyard oasis looking amazing! Thanks Luis and Adrian for keeping our backyard sparkling.

A friend recommended Pulliam and as a First time pool build I could not ask for a better experience! From design to pool school it was an amazing experience as a customer. I was skeptical and scared all at once. Bailey helped us with putting into “paper” our “caribbean oasis” vision, calming my anxiety and helped us to stay within our budget. She listened and was always ready to address ny concerns and last minutes “what ifs”. Brian our PM was a joy to work with, always ready to assist and always with a big smile, he made sure that everything went as planned and if not, was prompt to communicate and explain…. and David in scheduling, always ready to help and modify schedules when needed, Grant with the pool school and his great attitude and style when he shared all of his wisdom, (he also speaks Spanish!) and finally but not less important all the workers and contractors that worked in building our pool sometimes enduring frigid temperatures. From dig to decking and plaster, all of them very professional, kept the area organized and tried to create minimal disruptions to us and our neighbors.
Pulliam also worked with our schedules and helped with all my concerns diligently!

Mitch did an absolutely amazing job managing my sister’s new pool project! From start to finish, he was professional, organized, and always kept her updated on every step of the process. His communication skills really stood out — he made sure my sister understood the timeline, progress, and details throughout the entire build.

The end result is stunning — a beautiful brand-new pool that completely transformed her backyard. Our whole family loves it, and we’re so grateful for how smooth Mitch made the experience. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, transparent, and easy to work with.

We have been using pulliam for repairs and maintenance. We are very pleased with the quality of service. Our spa renovation looks great. We appreciate Kale and project management Nick during this renovation. Adrian does a great job keeping it clean and today we have excellent repair service from Roger.
