Water wizard is extremely reliable! They are here when they say they will be here. My pool is always blue and ready to use! Everyone is very polite and helpful.

I have used WWPools for several years and have always been happy with them. My pool has pecan trees around it and is a mess to keep clean. they do a beautiful job and always respond quickly when i have other issues.

Review 05-07 - Water Wizards kind of had an ace in the hole going into this. They came highly recommended by my co-workers who had just built their pool. Water Wizards went above and beyond to resolve a theft situation that they really has no responsibility to worry about. That meant a lot.

We got bids from 4 different pool builders. All of them were good but Steve and Bill knocked it out of the park. I had sent all the builders the HOA regs and the plot of the house. All of the other builders obviously didn't read the HOA rules and we spent hours watching them redesign the pool in CAD when I told them what they had wasn't per code. We also thought there would likely have to be variances to get in everything we wanted. All other builders had one design proposal and all were incomplete/incorrect.

When we walked into Water Wizards, they had 3 completed designs, all within HOA and city code guidelines with no variances. We knew instantly when we saw the first design that we had just seen our new pool. It really wasn't even close even with the word of mouth referral from my co worker that Water Wizards was it.

So far we are beyond impressed with Steve and Bill and I will continue this blog as the time goes by. Now we pray for a way drier summer than 2015.

We start the permitting process now. With our HOA and Flower Mound I know its going to take some patience.

Update 7-37-17 - Just like Steve said it would, getting the permits from Flower Mound and the HOA was a very time consuming and extensive process. However, 2 days aft the permit was final they started digging. One week later the pool was plumbed, re-barred and gunited. Its been a crazy flurry of activity. They have done an amazing amount of work in 7 days. All his contractors are super nice and we are shocked at how big and deep our pool is now thats its reality not a rendering. So far so good. We are praying for no rain......

My pool was looking like a dark green lagoon. Water Wizards sent someone out in this brutal heat, and now my pool is beautiful. That was over a month ago, they do good work, with good prices.

Matt from Water Wizard came because I called them to check my pool for a water leak. He was very knowledgeable and discovered where the leak was pretty quickly. He removed the poolside cleaner connector (which I no longer use since I got my robot cleaner) and closed off the hole. That solved the leak that I was so worried about. I will call them in the future for all my pool needs. Thank you, Matt.

We had a new project in the backyard to build out a pool house, pool, large arbor and full lanscaping. With the pool build, we had sought out designs and bids from a number of companies to blend in with overall design and construction. We wanted it to blend in while also have some pop, clearly custom to fit into our yard design, and nicer elements such as bowls, water fall, lions heads, etc. Most pool builders came in with what felt like standard base design/shape and then added a few features to customize.

My builder for the poolhouse construction had worked with Steve at water wizard on a previous job. So we met. Steve listened, validated and even challenged our thoughts in a healthy way. We gave him a few examples of elements we liked and from there he gave us a rendering. We has 2 other local companies followup that had great reputations on high end pools. We felt most comfortable to move forward with Water wizard and within 2 to 3 weeks we had a near final design and bid. It was within our 100 to $125k range and although we were in far northeast tarrant county by dfw airport.. they were confident they could handle. These guys have built several commercial pools and fountains that we went to see. That added confidence

Our build involved Adam and Rick. Great guys and knowledgable. Its my first pool and we had seen others have one built, so we were somewhat prepared for the invasiveness of a pool build. Plus we had the poolhouse build going in parallel so it was like a bomb went off in the back. Oir project was from winter 2015 to about march 2016 during all that historic rain. I will say my only comment is communication was steady but also only a B. The rain forced different types of delays and challenges. As with any construction involving subs, its always a challenge.

I have had the pool now for a year, warranty work was minimal.. touch up to stone grout. Rick came out and reviewed then had the team scheduled for the repairs. They also handle the pool service weekly and we are swimming year round. Hot tub was nice all fall/winter.
I highly recommend these guys and we are glad we found them.

Water Wizard built our pool two summers ago and we LUV LUV LUV LUV it. They did a fabulous job in the building of the pool. It is just what we wanted. Water Wizard also currently maintains our pool. It is kept in beautiful condition. I highly recommend Water Wizard pools. They are courteous and fairly priced.

These guys renovated my 20 YO pool and did a really nice job. A couple of times they offered me alternatives that accomplish what I wanted, even though it reduced the size of the job for them. I had planned to replace only part of the deck. But when they discovered some erosion underneath, they advised I should really replace that area, and even did it for cost. They even replaced the tile escudos in the pool steps when it wasn’t part of the original quote. Job site was cleaned up well. No complaints here.

Water Wizard came out in 2 days when other companies told me 2 weeks to look at the problem. They cleaned the filter and treated the water. The next day the water was still cloudy and had debris in water. They came out and worked on the system and by
afternoon the pool was beautiful They did not charge for the 2nd service call. I was very pleased with their service and recommend them.

Thank You Water Wizard for transforming our dated, 1970's swimming pool and surrounding area from an eye sore into a magnificent outdoor venue! The owner, Steve Bond, and his entire crew were always there making the entire process easy. I was very nervous going into the renovation because we had a strict budget in mind. However Steve & Chad made the decision process easy and went above and beyond coming to us with very cost effective upgrades we never even thought possible. They were able to make excellent tanning ledges within the pool that we are excited to let our kids enjoy. Bring on the Texas heat. I highly recommend these Water Wizards!
