LCS took care of our water damage and extracted all of the water from a recent water pipe break at my house.

The used dehumidifiers and air movers to dry the moisture in the walls and floors and left my home very clean when they were finished.

LCS was quick to respond, had a wonderful tech by the name Wilfrido he was full of knowledge, and understood how important it was to save our flooring and walls. Thanks to him he limited the damage and was able to save our floors I would recommend LCS to anyone. Great honest people.

My home was overrun with water after an unfortunate break in the pipe in my master bedroom last month while I was away visiting extended family. I returned home and was welcomed with a nice pond that extended across the house. While in a panic I googled and called multiple places and all of them tried to put me off till the next day or the next week. This flustered me due to the fact I had no clue how long the water was there prior to my arrival. After switching up my original search to find other options, I came across LCS Cleaning Concepts and tried to call and I received an immediate answer and was informed they would be there within 2 hours. The moment they arrived the speed was incredible it was as if they actually understood the sense of urgency that I had felt which was the exact opposite of the other companies I had previously called. I was immediately guided on what steps needed to be taken. I was then given a detailed explanation on the process. This gave me a detailed understanding and made me trust everything would be just fine. This whole process inspired me to write a review, because it was the least I could do to show appreciation for the hospitality and excellent customer service that I received.

Our spa flooded and we had LCS take care of the water damage restoration. They were very fast in responding and came out on short notice. Very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them in the future but I hope we never have to due to another flood.

Had a leak on the first level of my home due to my powder bathroom. LCS Cleaning was quick to respond and on site within an hour. Was able to save the carpet on the first floor. Very knowledgeable and explained the process of getting everything back to original state. Highly recommend.
