Highly recommend Global Cooling for AC issues! Their technician Reyes Carlos was very professional & polite. He explained the possible problem(s) with our Mini Split AC unit and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. We have only owned this home for a short time & the Global Cooling magnet on the kitchen fridge & stickers on the outside AC units were great prompts to use their service. We are extremely pleased!

Eric Neri was great! Very helpful and informative and followed up after. The whole global team was great and got over to fast to fix the issue

My husband and I moved into a house and needed a new water heater and also know nothing about water softeners. Reyes was able to help us, give us advice on what's needed and where we could save money, and was awesome. Super informative and friendly. The team is coming back to install the heater soon, this visit was for a softener. Highly recommend!

It is hard to find good honest service people In this area. We called Global cooling. A young man named Roland came out on the service call for which was no charge for. He was very thorough and had the problem solved quickly. Another company had installed a used fan motor and short cutting the install by cutting and rerouting wires.
I purchased a new fan motor and Roland installed it properly. Everything works great. Fast, honest and fair priced.

I’ve had Global Cooling servicing 5 AC units since 2017. That includes 4 brand new installs, replacing very old equipment. They always have great and timely service. All the guys are great, especially Reyes who has been doing excellent work for us most recently. I also appreciate Landon and Ray for all their hard work. Highly recommend for the Fredericksburg, Tx area. We don’t use anyone else.

We had a new HVAC system installed by Global Cooling, they arrived when they said they would. Our technician Reyes assessed the situation for the job, our installation was going to have its challenges as the indoor components are located in the attic. The technicians had to disassemble and reassemble part of the unit to get it in place, in doing so they accidentally damaged the attic ladder. Long story short, after attempting to simply fix it , it was determined that it was a discontinued product so they replaced the entire thing at no charge to us. Their genuine concern for our satisfaction was over the top in my book, the installation of our new unit and the ladder were very professional. When they are finished they thoroughly clean the work areas like they weren’t even there. A sincere thank you to Landon, Reyes, and Eric for making this all happen…. Very happy customers !!!!!!

Rolando did an excellent job cleaning out and repairing our dryer vent pipe that was clogged with decades of lint and mouse nesting.

Excellent job with a difficult leak inside a wall. Noah made sure it was done the right way. And on a weekend too.
