Had a great experience getting my tankless water heater serviced. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. I live on Cleveland East side Collinwood area I was told my Central Air system Was Done and couldn’t be repaired even though I had several other places look at it and tell me the same I had a appointment with BNK who came to my neighborhood even though many HVAC companies wouldn’t the Vadim Lozitsky came to my house and told me what was wrong and fixed it with in 20 minutes since he came on 6/20/22 me and my family have been very appreciative of him and this wonderful company he treated me fair and was upfront with the cost and explained what the problem was I’m very thankful and will always speak highly of this company!!!!!!

The two guys that came out were phenomenal! Sorry I did not catch their names🤦 They got right to work replacing our old furnace with a beautiful new one. They got it done and running in just a few hours! Our dogs gave them lots of kisses for getting our family warm before the cold weather. Thanks again guys!

this company is AMAZING. my brother was using them at a condo we had. when we sold it I called BNK to do an annual furnace inspection. ended up needing a new furnace, which they installed. totally upfront on costs, so honest about needed repairs and some of the most dedicated and professional workers I've encountered in decades. they are now my go to for my home heat & cool needs as well as my mom and all my friends I'm recommending them to. you can't go wrong! thanks BNK!

The repair was done properly, and my water heater is working great now. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it took a little longer than expected to get an appointment. Other than that, the service was excellent, and I’d definitely use them again.
