Tyler came to my house to do an annual inspection on my unit. He was so kind and knowledgeable! I was unaware that my unit was having some issues due to a leak in my unit but he fixed it no problem! He was very thorough and made sure my unit was running properly by the time he left, answered all my questions I had, and even installed my filters I bought that I kept forgetting to put up. Definitely recommend this company and Tyler!!

Tyler was our technician. He was awesome. He knew the problem exactly and fixed it. Tyler is professional and also he educated me about my AC unit and why issue happened and what I should be doing to prevent it. Highly recommend !

Matt Bankston worked with us to replace our roof after storm damage. Matt made the process easy, took care of all the details and his crew was efficient and professional. Our roof looks great and and we can't thank Matt enough for going the extra mile.

Tyler came out to check on my elderly mother’s AC. Fortunately, it was a minor issue. However, he pointed out another issue unrelated to the AC that could have caused a lot of issues in the near future. Most technicians wouldn’t have bothered to mention it (not my problem attitude). Tyler is an outstanding professional with a great sense of character and integrity. We will be calling them again for any future AC issues!

Taylor started my experience with the office perfectly, detailing what to expect, timing of appointment, texts to be received, and everything was exactly as she promised. Matt Morris came and diagnosed my issue quickly. The service and professionalism from start to finish was top notch. Communication is key and Taylor and Matt both communicated so promptly and thoroughly. I was so impressed I asked for a bid for more work to be performed. The transparency and honesty is appreciated. I will recommend.

I waited a week so I could write
about my service results. A service repairman named Tyler came to my home to repair my air conditioner. He assessed the problem, discussed it with me and called his company. We decided on a price and he completed the job successfully. Everything is working well at this time. Thank you, Tyler and Preferred !

I’d definitely recommend Preferred home services. Everyone that I spoke with was very polite. Tyler came out to our home to assess my A/C unit. Even in the rain as I was holding the umbrella, he still went out to get the information he needed. Most people would want to reschedule, but he didn’t mind getting a little wet. Thank you Tyler.
He then came and installed the part we needed and got our A/C fixed so we didn’t have to melt in this Pearland heat anymore.

Tyler is a very professional. He came to my house to review the AC. He explained the situation to me and replaced the damaged part. He ran again the AC and verified that works properly. Thanks for the services.

After a bit of a wait after Hurricane Beryl, Tyler was able to come out and complete service. I appreciated the next day courtesy call and check up on things, and when I had a need for additional assistance I was out on the schedule immediately and Tyler once again came that same day! I appreciate the assistance from this team!

I've had a lot (and I mean a LOT) of work done on my AC, and this is the first time I can say I am genuinely pleased. Tyler was great - personable, professional, efficient, and effective. Arrived exactly when promised, returned exactly when he promised to, finished exactly when he said he would. Identified the problem within minutes and resolved it same day. I will definitely be seeking out their services again!

Lee Perez is an amazing and wonderful person most services I've had never explain or show exactly what is going on behind the work but Mr. Lee helped me understand what was going on and taught me some new stuff to look out for, thanks again for all the help and I'd highly recommend Mr.Lee

The service that was provided to us today. By Tyler was absolutely wonderful. He came by yesterday and wasn't able to complete the job because it was frozen. He informed me he will be returning. He put me on the schedule for the first thing the next morning.
He provided me with all the information.I need it and it took him about hour and a 1/2 to get everything taken care of. It was a pleasure to have someone with experience to come in and get the work done for me. Thanks again Tyler

Just had an amazing experience with Preferred Home Services. Tyler was easy extremely easy to work with and was very patient in his explanations of what was wrong, what needs to be done and what his recommendations were. He was equally as patient with all of my question some of which I’m sure made no sense at times. Great experience over all and would highly recommend Preferred Home Services and Tyler for your AC/Funace needs.

Best A/C service I have ever experienced! Our technician was Tyler and he showed up on time, had kept me updated on his eta, he knew right away what might be the issue. After only a couple of minutes he confirmed his theory and already had the part I would need on his truck. When does that ever happen? Anyway …. from the time I reported the issue with our home warranty, to my communication with PHS scheduler to completion I was treated with expediency and professionalism! I will definitely call on them again when something comes up. Great Job!
