AC went down after power was restored following hurricane Beryl. Called on Tuesday. Same day service call. Diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes. Gave me a very reasonable estimate. Came back the next day to replace the broken parts. Up and running again. Zero issues. Very satisfied customer. They were prompt, courteous and the price was reasonable.

We have been customers of South Belt & AC for 15+ years. They take care of 2 houses for our family. A neighbor recommended them and we’ve never used anyone else. They have made repairs, system upgrades and new installs. They tell you what’s on the horizon. Like if your unit is limping along but can get through a summer. Always fair, excellent service. They don’t up-sale you either. Their employees stay, which shows in their service. I recommend them all the time.

Have been using South Belt Airconditioning for many years. Always been very pleased with their service and technical personnel, who are always punctual, personable, and knowledgeable. Office staff have always been very helpful and courteous. Had a warranty issue recently and owner of company called me and had another tech come out to check what was going on. Treated us very fairly cost wise, and had the job completed at our convenience. Would highly recommend this company.

We have used South Belt Air & Heat a total of 2 different times now. They are awesome to work with, they respond in a timely manner and fit you in their busy schedule as quickly as possible. When your AC is out in Houston it’s definitely a problem and I can’t thank them enough for always getting it back up and running. Nick has been great to work with. I don’t believe anyone could have beaten their response time and cost. They are the only company to respond to my after hours call.
I wouldn’t use anyone else as long as they’re available.

We had a wonderful experience, considering it was an 90 degree day! Our technician Nick called and let us know he was running behind and told us he’d still be there after 5pm. He communicated with us the entire time of our service call.

Nick got to our house after 5pm on a Friday, and quickly assessed the AC issue and determined it was a faulty welding issue from the installation. He was able to fix the problem, recharge our Freon, and clear our output line.

He gave us amazing service and we could not thank him enough. We were especially pleased, since we had guests coming in for the weekend.

We have been using South Belt for years! Nick has been our most recent service provider. It’s easy to call and get scheduled and he gives a courtesy call when in route and does a fantastic job. He is super knowledgeable about all things HVAC, courteous and gets the job done. We have had nothing but great experiences for many years with South Belt.

I really enjoyed Nick coming to our house for an a/c repair. He was very professional and his work was excellent. Best of all he did not try to up sell me on something I didn’t need. Would definitely recommend South Belt Air and Heat.

Really great HVAC shop. They fixed me up super quick and for super affordable. I just needed a capacitor, it's that time of year, they had it fixed in about 30 minutes after I called for about a couple hundred bucks. Matt the technician was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dude was fast too, was done in 5 min flat.

He also recommended I get em back to do a spring cleaning next year to increase the longevity of my units. Love it, great suggestion, doing that for sure. I had another HVAC guy but he's always busy running around town, I was thoroughly impressed with the expeditious service from South Belt. If you're on the south side of town don't hesitate, that 4.9 stars is not a fluke give them a call, they'll fix you up. They just got themselves a new loyal customer. Five stars all day, thanks again y'all keep up the good work.

All I have to say is, if you are looking for a quality solution that uses quality products, great people, look no further. Great company that has been in business for 25 years for a reason. From the initial consultation to the installation was about a week (because of New Years holiday and needing to pick up equipment from manufacturers- but South Belt was ready!) The job they did was excellent and were always incredibly attentive. They treated the home like it was their own. Definitely will use them again. NICK WAS AMAZING!

Great service. Used them 3 or 4 times and always on time and excellent work. Most recently, diagnosed and replaced condensing unit the same day.

I have always regulally serviced my AC units with Ron and his crew for the past 3 years. Always a same day service and has come out quick when I have called and requested a tech to come check out something. Favorable prices too and with genuine after sales service.

Matthew and crew did an incredible job redesigning and then replacing all my ductwork in a single day ! He went over and above on the job doing more than he had to do to ensure my satisfaction— his customer comes first attitude and HVAC knowledge is top notch ! Thank you Matthew !

We have been using South Belt for 20+ years. They’ve always taken such great care of us. I can't begin to tell you how many times they have saved the day. their technicians are the best, on time, good work, etc. And the price is always on point with the work needed. Highly recommend!

Jimmy came out on a Saturday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. Part was found on Monday and by Monday morning we had cool air again! Great company to deal with. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend!

Firstly, I'd like to thank those of you who took the time to write a review. You were helpful in my decision making. Our ac tanked on Friday. By Saturday afternoon Mathew had our new unit in and cooling our home again. He rigged it so we didn't suffer through the rest of the day and night.
My husband and I were splitting and stocking firewood for the winter and needed an air-conditioned home to cool off in. Ya have to laugh at the irony that a cold front is expected for the following Monday!!!
Southbelt AC and Heat will be our go to professionals from now on, and Mathew will be requested 👌

Edit: This time we needed a new furnace. Mathew arrived with a two man crew to install.
The installation went well, but Mathew failed to supply us with the paperwork that comes with the box.
While standing in my kitchen while I wrote the $4500.00 check and sign the receipt, he began to boast about how he can't stand being called a liar or a thief. He bragged about how he pays the receptionist, Rosie, $15.00 to $20.00 dollars to write his receipts for him.
I called her today to confirm this claim. He lied!
She says it's part of her job!
I asked her to have someone bring me the paperwork that came with the furnace box.
Mathew texted me that he'd be by to do so.
As he was leaving he claimed he was off today due to a hernia rupture.
He was wearing his work clothes.
He's a dishonest man.
Ask for anyone else to be in your home.

Quickly scheduled a same day appointment. Arrived in the schedule time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part immediately. Absolutely excellent service. Over the years, Matt has made three visits for different items. All three visits have been excellent. I highly recommend South Belt Air & Heat.

Some of the best service I've ever had. I called them to do an inspection because I was selling my home. They came the next day, never mind hurricane Beryl 2 weeks prior and all the work that was going on. The tech, Jimmy was professional, respectful, and prompt. I couldn't ask for better service.

The technician didn't try to sell us on a new unit. He was honest, did it the ac tune-up and topped off the refrigerant. He was respectful and on time! Great job!
